Complete poor service from the owner. They do not honor their hours. I arrived at 7am for their…read moresame day service. Waited as I needed the service. Owner did not arrive until 8:15. When I asked about the hours she took no ownership, did not apologize, simply shrugged her shoulders and said "traffic". After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I was told I could not get the service. I asked about timing and she said she never gets here at that time. I would suggest to change the hours then. Informed her that 5 other customers came and went and it did not phase her. I've came here for quite some time but the lack of taking ownership and lack of service for this occasion will make it my last visit. It this point my time was wasted.

I would not recommend this cleaner because they will mess up your clothing and treat you like a stranger that's never spent hundred with them.
