I have used eye clean washateria at the Tomball location approximately 10 times with no issues…read more October 5, 2026 at 10:45 PM I arrived to do a load of laundry of designer clothes that retail for over $1,000. I washed them & then put them in dryer #3. I was the only one there and I did not leave the premises, I did step outside while waiting for my clothes to dry. At EXACTLY 11:57 PM, I tried opening the door to get back into the washateria. DOOR LOCKED. The open sign however was still shining bright. Whatever the keypad is for on the door I started pushing that button with no success of anything. 3 minutes later at 12:00 midnight the open sign turns off. I did not know what to do so I wrote a note stating who I was and that might clothes were in dryer number three and I would return in the morning to get them and slid it underneath the door and I left. I returned the following morning with the washateria open for business but no employee on site and my clothes not to be found in dryer #3. I called the phone number to the business which reaches a lady that works for the call center and she knew exactly what I was calling for and told me that my clothes had been stolen. She said she has video camera footage of who took them but that I would need to file a police report in order for her to release it on social media to identify the thief. I filed a police report with the Tomball Police department. The thief has not been identified yet but I feel I clean washateria is partially responsible because they locked the door early. These are designer clothes that retail for over $1,000. I will never do laundry here again

This is my Second Review. Been coming here for awhile now. Always a warm welcoming with smiles…read morefeeling. Place is extremely clean, and family-friendly. Known for (Wednesday) free Dry also. Additional like to point the Heart of this Business overtime. Norma is always there to open the place and knowns here job well. She helps customers that are new and old. And the non-stop working attitude to allow the other workers a better pace at work. Never seen her stop moving. I don't think. We need more people everywhere like her. She's a keeper, manager needs keep this keeper.

If I could give this facility additional stars, I would! Norma, who keeps things pristine and…read morepleasant, was a joy to meet, as well as the owner, Sam, who is humble and inviting. In speaking with him, he referred to the initiation of the center as, the project, and I found that to be exacting. From the cleanliness of the entire, spacious building, and all machines, to the massage chairs, the wonderful, small store, upfront, the organization, the arcade games for the kiddies, and more, I strongly recommend that if you are within 15 miles of this laundry center, and require the service, it is well worth the trip! Tucked away, in a small plaza on Eastex Fwy., running along 59N, in Porter, this quiet laundromat is refreshing. It was my first time going, but, certainly, will not be my last! BTW, the free dryers during the week, is a wonderful caveat, as well as the pick up/delivery service! Thank you, Sam and Norma!

Bad customer service, there was a black woman with a golden tooth that I spoke to about my machine…read morenot working. I kept asking her for advice how to start it and she told me"next time pay attention", snached my phone out of my hand after I already paid for my service. As well as when I asked my friends to look at the machine after I asked her to start it to make sure it started she said "I didnt tell you to tell everybody" In a condescending tone. Repeatedly kept being rude to me and giving me an attitude. 0 stars dont recommend coming if you like having good customer service.

I never knew doing a simple task like laundry could be made so agonizing - well you're in luck…read more. leave it to Speed Queen! I'll make a "quick" list for you 1. You can't use change, which severely limits most. If you do happen to trust this random company to not charge you $50 for a simple thing of laundry, then you will find another problem. The chip scanner and the QR code on the washing and drying machines do not work, so you are tasked with the drawn out process of finding a way to download their app. Once you spend those 10 mins downloading this app, it requires you to jump through many hurdles just to connect to your specific location (you have to run around the laundromat searching for their specific code - it serves ABSOLUTELY no purpose as if the app builders had any sense they would have just used a "add current location" feature since this allows you to automatically insert your current location like most apps do. 2. Now you must search around the app for a way to input your card information.. once you do - you'll end up going through the service selection (do you want a large load? cold? hot? and so on). But guess what? Now it says "must use preloaded balance" Preloaded balance? I guess they want me to charge it to some weird in app card like some restaurant apps let you do in order to use the balance later. Nope, can't find any such feature. 3. To make things even worse, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me and made me feel as if I was an annoyance just because the laundromat was so difficult. I'm unusually competent with technology as I grew up using a PC as a toddler, yet all these issues left me baffled. It's one thing to have a shitty business, it's another thing to mistreat your customers. I give it a year or so before they go bankrupt considering it is a pretty new business. I don't know how this business is still around, there were too many things wrong with this business that I just gave up and left. I was confused by a couple who had came in while I was unloading, as they stood there confused whilst talking to each other - then they proceeded to leave, now I understand.
