Bad customer service, there was a black woman with a golden tooth that I spoke to about my machine not working. I kept asking her for advice how to start it and she told me"next time pay attention", snached my phone out of my hand after I already paid for my service. As well as when I asked my friends to look at the machine after I asked her to start it to make sure it started she said "I didnt tell you to tell everybody" In a condescending tone. I never knew doing a simple task like laundry could be made so agonizing - well you're in luck.. leave it to Speed Queen! I'll make a "quick" list for you 1. You can't use change, which severely limits most. If you do happen to trust this random company to not charge you $50 for a simple thing of laundry, then you will find another problem. The chip scanner and the QR code on the washing and drying machines do not work, so you are tasked with the drawn out process of finding a way to download their app. Once you spend those 10 mins downloading this app, it requires you to jump through many hurdles just to connect to your specific location (you have to run around the laundromat searching for their specific code - it serves ABSOLUTELY no purpose as if the app builders had any sense they would have just used a "add current location" feature since this allows you to automatically insert your current location like most apps do. 2. Now you must search around the app for a way to input your card information.. once you do - you'll end up going through the service selection (do you want a large load? cold? hot? and so on). But guess what? Now it says "must use preloaded balance" Preloaded balance? I guess they want me to charge it to some weird in app card like some restaurant apps let you do in order to use the balance later. Nope, can't find any such feature. 3. To make things even worse, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me and made me feel as if I was an annoyance just because the laundromat was so difficult. I'm unusually competent with technology as I grew up using a PC as a toddler, yet all these issues left me baffled. It's one thing to have a shitty business, it's another thing to mistreat your customers. I give it a year or so before they go bankrupt considering it is a pretty new business. I don't know how this business is still around, there were too many things wrong with this business that I just gave up and left. I was confused by a couple who had came in while I was unloading, as they stood there confused whilst talking to each other - then they proceeded to leave, now I understand. read more

I thought I found the perfect location to come wash bulky items. But that is unfortunately not the case. They will let their technology over charge you and not refund it back. I've waited almost a month for assistance and received none. I was even told at one point to "take it up with my bank" for a mistake their payment system made. Now I have to cancel my card and dispute a charge just because of them? Unfair Update: emailing like she suggested resolved nothing no response. read more

I usually dislike going to washateria's because of the lack of cleanliness. This place is by far the cleanest one I've ever seen. Everything looks new and state of the art. The machines are controlled thru an app and even send you reminders when your machine is almost down. The also have a drop off option, a kids area and we'll stocked vending machines! Did I mention this place is open 24/7! This will be my new place to go when I need to wash my blankets and comforters. read more

I love this New location. It is always clean and have plenty of machines. It is so close to my subdivision, so I can get in and out fast. I don't have to spend unnecessary time on old machines that don't really work. My clothes dry fast. Thanks to Oscar for always being so nice and very helpful. I came here yesterday (11/3) to dry my wet clothes because my dryer is broken and when I was there, two employees were having an altercation in front of customers. They were physically pushing each other around, screaming and yelling while the security guard stood aside and watched a grown man push around a young girl. No one did anything. Today, as I go to remove the same clothes I just dried the day before out of my car because I finished late the night before, I see that they're now covered in spiders and ants. Wow we ate at Whataburger and saw this place on yelp. Thanks to the two first pix from owner I came in. They have been open about 6 weeks and it's state of the art and clean! Super modern with iPads and outlets for charging anything ON the table tops!! Nice! See pix. Vending and snacks too. Tvs and a kid area with their own iPads n seating. Nice clean bathroom and uses laundry ( no charge )cards. If u live here the girl told me u can download the app and start your machine on your phone. There is a drop off service. They separate everything for u upon pick up. My girl Tina was helping me with my card etc and filled me in on all the goings on. I'm sure I forgot something.. Lots of games on the iPads for the kids well and me...also some either DIY or kids utube stuff. So there ya go. Time will fly while doing laundry! They have 20 dryers working so far. For the past month when I come here. There's never a basket available for a customer. Half of their machines are out of service.

This is my 2nd time coming here & I'm really happy I decided to come to this one even though there were other ones closer to me. The first time was a little confusing trying to get used to all the electronic payment stuff but with Anthony's help he made the process so much better. Anthony is always so friendly & helpful. I always see him cleaning up shop & he's always willing to lend a helping hand. Some companies don't realize how important it is to hire the right help. You can have a great business but if you hire the wrong staff it really affects the business. Even though it's just a laundry mat it really has been a very pleasant experience. While visiting laundry mat I witnessed employee having altercation with a customer, the young lady was very rude and aggressive. She is clearly on a power trip. Both of the women approach the customer in a very aggressive manner. I will never visit this location again on Fondren and West Airport. Ms. Mary is always nice, if I knew her schedule that would be the only time I would go. Some people are not able to handle management position in a professional way. read more

The price is extremely high so expensive quality is good. The security from the shopping center here is so disrespectful they clearly have a sign that says no smoking or vaping and he's standing right in the middle of the door smoking and he was told that there was a no smoking sign and he started being disrespectful and talking back. All he had to do was step away from the entrance that's all he had to do. This place is amazing. Our washing machine just stopped all of a sudden in the middle of a load and i still had more clothes to do. I looked up 24 hour laundromats and this came up. It is exactly like it said it was. It is very modern so if ur not into apps this may not be the place for you. MOST IMPORTANTLY it was CLEAN!!! And very organized. Well lit and safe. I have been going to speed queen on little for awhile now and never have I had any issues. Today however my clothes did not dry properly and the girl that was there did not even acknowledge that I was calling her over. She waa too busy with her friends at the counter. I was there for a little over 2 hours and the whole time she waa behind the counter. Not attending to customers, the soap dishes on the a few of the machines were dirty and filled water or something I'm not sure what as I did not touch it. A man came in with his son and he did not know the store was app based, instead of her coming from behind the counter to help him she only told him 'you have to download the app if you want to wash here's that was very rude and disrespectful. There are signs all over the place stating 'safe, friendly and clean' today the little girl that was there qas neither of the 3. It is a shame that people like her work there. My only regret is that I didnt take pictures of the state the store was in. SMDH! read more
