It's true: Online retailers are taking over the globe because of the exploitation of the conscious…read moreneed for convenience, and the capitalization on poor storefront customer service. People wield meager amounts of time outside their professional and personal lives, so why face-to-face with an aggressive--or even rude storefront employee? You don't have to--at least with installing a security system--or mounting a television/wiring a custom audio system. Well, the gentleman (Love) who owns this business resets all the negativity against declining customer service--providing a stellar experience that tops all others. If brick and mortar stores could pivot--then reinvent themselves to centralize around integrity and compassion like Love, you'd see a market-take-back develop against the online conglomerates. Hey Evil Corp! We're looking at you and your online sales!! Elliot is coming for yah! Ha! His prices are going to be difficult to beat, I guarantee that. It was only $300 for a custom fireplace mount on our LG OLED and Sony sound bar. Best Buy and two other mounting companies were $300+ just for the standard fireplace mount. No amount of fresh pine nuts would convince a squirrel to pay that ! So, give yourself a break and give him a jingle from your iPhone or Android--then sit back and let him do his thing. Heck--grab a tasty beverage and have a convo with him! Love (his name) is simply the best, and supporting a small business is how we (as 'Mericans) can bolster the economy in our great state of Texas! 4/15/17 Had Love come back out for an outdoor TV mount set up. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. Always a pleasure to have his expertise.

I used Downes AV to mount a 50 inch TV to a wall in our master bedrooml. Brandon arrived the next day and neatly, and cleanly, provided exactly what we were looking for. He took care to not leave a mess, and make sure that all decorations were back in their respective places. Brandon also talked about their other services, such as security camera system installation, which we will probably have them install in the coming months. As you can see from my history, I don't always write reviews, but I did feel the need for Brandon and his team. Very pleased customer.

Since August 6, 2024, I have been reaching out to Yes Installation for help with replacing a…read morecamera. I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

MODIA wasn't the cheapest, but they were by far the only vendor who were willing to work with us around our desired budget without compromising on the quality/brand of the products we wanted in our setup. Ben Graham is the man ! He was so patient with us without being pushy at all throughout the process, took the time to explain our options and tweaked our quote without being fussy to meet our budget while still maintaining the integrity of the system.
