Great drinks, great views! A tad bit pricey all around…read more The food is good here, but we prefer to come for the drinks, live music and the views. Boats can dock and come up to their patio for food and drinks. They have 3 bars on site. Live music is always going down. Go during the summer time to hit their dessert bar! Their best items are their crushes! They have a variety to choose from. We got the Orange Creamsicle Crush, very refreshing!

Food was on point as it always is. The weight for food was quite long longer than it should've been, but our waitress seems to be teaching other new people coming in, so I believe that's what the delay was. She was super nice so I can't bring her. She had her hands full. Our food is always excellent with 10 of us. We start with a bunch of different appetizers and everyone else gets an individual meal and the food is always on point. Then we were just here again on Friday. Weather sucks so it was pretty dead, but we were able to sit outside at the bar on the cover deck. Our waitress was fantastic super nice and fast. I had an orange crush and he had a jack and cake. Both were on point. We did the new blackened crab cake appetizer that is many times as we come here. I honestly never even realize was on there so I have to assume it was new. Was very good but pricey for only four little crab cakes. The lemon sauce that accompany the mini crabcakes was fantastic! Then for lunch, I had the crabcake sandwich absolutely fantastic with the bump crab meat. I don't understand why people give Lee's Bad reviews we are here quite a bit. We never have an issue with service and we never have an issue with the food. Yes it is pricey sometimes especially for the seafood. I think it's par for the course seafood is expensive right now but we love going there drinks are always good and we love the atmosphere so we're willing to pay it. There is a 3% charge at all tax so if you don't want to pay that charge, don't come here.

Be the first to review this somewhat hidden gem of a music venue and brewery? don't mind if I do!…read more Over my past couple of years of listening to them, Foxy Shazam has evolved into being a band that I really needed to see live. So when I saw that they were playing this random Millersville venue not all that far away I was instantly intrigued, and then I was even more sold when I saw that the venue also brewed their own beer. I also loved that it was a non-Ticket Master venue that used Eventbrite to sell tickets without an insane amount of hidden fees. And when I checked it out it was a hidden gem of a pleasant surprise. Unless you go to Millersville University, the area that the venue is at is one that you might not frequent. But Phantom Power is one of those few other reasons to visit since it delivers a fine assortment of local flavor events and national touring acts. Regular events include things like gothic/industrial dance parties, comedy nights, a Kegs and Eggs weekend brunch event, or just chilling in their outdoor beer garden on good weather days. I would absolutely go to things like these if Millersville was even closer! But on the flip side Phantom Power has also been seeing a good surge of national acts coming through thanks to WXPN taking notice for shows and them just being a fun and reliable space which I'll get to. In addition to Foxy Shazam I've seen big local names like Hop Along and mewithoutyou, indie acts like Delta Spirit and Sondre Lerche, Industrial and Punk bands like Front 242 and Reverend Horton Heat, and WTF WoW shows like Tim Cappello from Lost Boys (I still believe! - https://youtu.be/LpuwcINDHnQ) on their current and past lineup. It kind of reminds me of pleasantly filled memory venues of yesteryear like the Trocadero, only with a better beer list! Once we made our way through the lot to the venue we realized how big it is. Outside of their brunch event, they don't have a menu of their own, but I love the food truck connections they have and really wish I could remember the name of the BBQ truck that had those glorious smoked wings! The on-site brewed beer was as much of a hidden gem as the music venue since we enjoyed IPAs, stouts, pilsners, ESBs, and some other good varieties. The one suggestion I have is that, with a music venue of its caliber that also has a good beer list, it would be useful for them to have more sheld space to leave cups on during a jam-packed show like the one we were at, Foxy Shazam is one of those good energy rock bands that I would have enjoyed without good sound or lighting. But the fact that they had both in spades definitely helped. Now that I know this hidden gem is a success I'm checking their Facebook and Eventbrite pages (they don't actually seem to have their own site outside of those) for eye-catching shows, and you should do the same!

The place was laid off nicely with two levels. The have a bar on both levels. Very small bar food menu. This is not a restaurant. Snack type hot food only. The entertainment tonight I was surprised. They were actually very good. And when I read what they had on their calendar they had some stuff that interest me. Yes this place is geared towards a younger demographic. At least compared to my age..I recommend you check out the web site. They have a lot to offer.I was there for about three hours. I prepaid for my ticket. . I went to my second music concert in the DMV area at The Recher after meeting Chrystal of Anoxia at The Baltimore Soundstage and getting information about her My Phase Days concert in The Recher in May 2024. It was an amazing concert with many music artists paying homage to bands like Evanescence and Bring Me The Horizon. We saw a lot of local music artists in the Baltimore, Maryland area and started going to see their concerts in the DMV area. January 2025. We visited The Recher to see local music artists we were not familiar with except for one who played in the May 2024 My Phase Days concert. It was also a birthday concert for the Rapolla Entertainment's owner Nic. It was the music entertainment business that promoted both concerts we attended in The Recher. Parking is easy to find at The Recher and is free in the parking garages on the weekend. The Recher is a brief walk away from the parking garage nearby. The concert venue is mid size and very clean for a concert venue. Drink prices are fair. Sound quality is excellent. The music artists we met there are professional, passionate about their music, and amicable. The crowds there have always been easy to navigate and friendly. I enjoyed seeing the posters of well known music artists who performed in The Recher. Looking forward to coming there again. Cheers
