However, this past visit at the Applebees in Kennett Square was quite pleasant. The host and our waiter were extremely friendly! And the food and drinks were good as always! The inside is very clean and has sports memorabilia of local teams, which add a nice touch. I'm glad that the closest Applebees to me is a good one!

Food was as you would expect for one. Not gourmet food but for an Applebee's was really good. Specificity yesterday when I went I was on 5 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours. By the time I went I had been up for 26ish hours straight (downside to night shift and the birds winning the Super Bowl). So I was exhausted and hungry. Overall the it wasn't too loud and had a good feel at the restaurant. No screaming like I'm used to at Applebee's. Y'all will have to forgive me I don't remember the waitress's name and neither does my girlfriend but as far as service at a restaurant it was the best I've had in a while. Great sense of humor. Didn't have to ask for refills. She checked on us enough times to make sure everything was good but not too much.. if everyone who works there is like her I would 10/10 recommend going to this location.
