Easily the WORST dispensary I've ever had to deal with!! This used to be my go to spot. At least once a week. This place has gone so downhill so fast its ridiculous. Their prices were already the highest in Maryland, which wasn't a huge problem because i liked their sales. Now their sales are miserable too and the bud tenders there now are so non educate with weed, they obviously don't know what they are doing and they are just plain RUDE!! ESPECIALLY the "manager" on duty, an African American man with long black hair was probably the most ignorant person I've ever dealt with in ANY retail situation in my life. He accused me of lying for one, dude why would I lie about calling the store before I came down there? (I tried to show him my call log but he refused to look). Then he tells me all of these issues are my fault now because I should have done "this" and "that" myself. Whatever dude. I just cussed him out, walked out of the store and vowed never to return (which i haven't). I honestly would NEVER recommend this place to any person I call a friend or loved one!! I would suggest the many many MANY better dispensaries that are less than 10 minutes away from this hole of crap. Blair Wellness and Health 4 Life come to mind. Today was my first visit at Starbuds and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything from the cleanliness, to the setup, and the friendliness of the staff. The dispensary area is secure and the setup is great. They have multiple registers and a staff member at each register, so while it's busy, it's still a very personal experience. Any wait time moves quickly. They have fantastic daily and monthly deals and their rewards system is freakin awesome!!! I worked with Auston. From start to finish he was amazing!! He was super helpful and made me feel completely relaxed, comfortable and at ease. He didn't hesitate to ask someone if he wasn't sure of the answer to one of my gazillion questions! Starbuds is a place you can feel comfortable going to! They're the type of place that remembers your name! As odd as it sounds, it's almost like a group of totally accepting, non-judgy people who truly want to help you find relief; whatever that means to you. Oh my god okay so star buds is my favorite and I mean favorite dispensary around Baltimore. I have tried almost all of them at least one or 2 times and none of them can compete with Starbuds the deals are outrageous, the product no matter what you get is always top notch sometimes they might have something on sale that is to dried out or something but def still smokeable and that stuff got me through when I didn't have an extra 50 for an eighth of some really really good stuff .. you can get some great stuff without spending every dime you have there . Amber was an amazing bud tender! She did a phenomenal job ensuring I got the most bang for my buck!! I wanted to redeem a coupon and a bunch of reward points. Plus, I had questions regarding a discount on a previous purchase. Amber did not hesitate to ask her supervisor for assistance with my complicated transaction. She was very knowledgeable about the products. After I provided her some basic statements explaining what I hoped to achieve from my products, she easily and quickly was able to offer a number of suggestions. It was like she could read my mind. Zero complaints in regards to the products she recommended. My experience working with Amber went even further beyond expected when she found a supply of the tincture I wanted in the back room. One time in particular, I stopped by at the end of a rough week. I had been having anxiety attacks all day. She was assisting someone else, and overheard me asking her coworker for a recommendation.
