Monday morning I get a text message from Oscar kindly asking if he could reschedule me for the following day due to family matter (things like this happen and I totally understand) we agreed on the coming Wednesday. When Oscar arrived he was very professional and got straight work. He explained what his goals were for my couch and what was obtainable. I have a sectional that I typically get professionally cleaned about 1x every year. I have 2 huskies and a German Shepherd who shed a lot and love to cuddle on the couches so you can only imagine how hard it is to keep clean despite using covers and cleaning it in our own. In all the service took about 1.5 hours to complete from start to finish. Oscar left it looking brand new! Definitely worth the price, I've used many different companies over the last 6 years and they all try to upsell a bunch of add ons. I'm sure I'll be using Family Carpet and Upholstery in the future.

Their two-man crew came in and were very respectful and polite, always asking first if they needed to move things, etc. They even asked if I'd like to observe what they were doing, which I thought was pretty cool. One of them smelled cat pee on one of the rugs and so he let me know that he'd be using an enzyme spray to get the odor right out. Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe.
