From the text message letting me know they were on the way, to the spotless and pristine modern van, to the thoughtful touches like corner protectors, padding under the furniture to help the carpet dry, and careful covering of our granite entryway, every step reflected professionalism and care. The cleaning itself was efficient and thorough, and the entire experience felt seamless from start to finish. No last-minute up-charges, just superb efficiency from a professional. The work was done by the owner himself, Phillip Conejo, who wouldn't be out of place in GQ Magazine.

The whole process was effortless and organized, from the initial phone call to the day of service. I was able to get an evening appointment on a Monday, a few days after contacting them. Their two-man crew came in and were very respectful and polite, always asking first if they needed to move things, etc. They even asked if I'd like to observe what they were doing, which I thought was pretty cool. One of them smelled cat pee on one of the rugs and so he let me know that he'd be using an enzyme spray to get the odor right out. After a couple hours and a good steam clean with professional equipment, everything smelled fresh and clean. Thank you Final Touch!

Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. I wish I could give them 6-stars!

I especially love that they rack the carpets to fluff the carpet pile before leaving, as well as, leave shoe protectors for my husband to put on before he enters the house after the carpets have been cleaned.
