Gave this shop a call the day before initial appointment and Kia answered. I provided info on the needed repairs with my vehicle. I needed to install aftermarket wheels and new tires and provided the parts I have and he immediately came up with solutions and pricing when I asked. After getting good work on my Porsche I brought Kia my BMW track car and gave him custom alignment specs . It came out great.

We had a local shop replace the tires and perform an alignment on our 2023 ID. 4. The shop wouldn't provide a before and after of the alignment report, and I sensed something was off. In the first 5 miles the following day, the car pulled to the left and it was clear they hadn't performed an alignment or did shoddy work. I called Kai immediately and he had me in the next day. He was super honest and helpful. He provides full reports to show the state of the alignment needs before adjustments and then after. Of course, my car needed the work done properly and I'm happy I found Kai's shop. His prices are reasonable too! I couldn't be happier with the work at Star Alignment! I have a mini van and there was abnormal tire wear on the two front tires. I had the tires replaced, then took the car to them to have it aligned. Kia was able to get the alignment back into spec and kind enough to explain the read out and what work had been performed. When I drove home there was a huge difference in the stability of the van and how direct the steering felt on the freeway.
