The guys even showed me how to replace the ribbon--which I didn't know how to do. The only small complaint I have is that the body of the typewriter is still kind of dirty. My husband has fond memories of Micro Center from when we lived in a different state, and where we currently live in Pittsburgh, we have no Micro Center. Therefore, he drove to this store in Cleveland to shop. He purchased an Alienware gaming monitor, a monitor arm, a Seagate hard drive, a mouse, and a screwdriver set. He said that the store had a sale so the prices were reasonable. He has used these products for about two weeks now, and he feels happy with their quality.
