I like having a local office supply store I can visit. There used to be at least three big chains and lots of independent options. But not anymore! There is always plenty of parking (they share a large parking lot with Target)I find this store always clean and orderly. Sometime recently they might not be in stock with tons of printers you can bring home today. But they have a great selection you can actually see and touch. It's sometimes hard to pick things out online. They have always had the printer ink I need. The cashiers are always friendly. They have a great supply of all kinds of paper and pens. They have a bit of office furniture which here again is nice to see in person. They have a decent selection of crafty items and drafting tools. is this store going out of business?? there was nothing on the shelves. I was inside for 10 minutes with my flashlight before they ever turned on lights to see. I was able to find what I needed but was amazed by the empty shelves of everything. there was nothing there!!! the staff I asked for help was clueless as to what was going on in store. they were job holders at the best. looked like a office supply flea market. do better. read more

This is for Staples printing services. I do not like writing negative reviews but..... so disappointing. We needed to get a project printed and stapled into a small booklet. There were two employees working behind the printing service counter and not too busy. We asked a few questions and one employee suggested we use self service which was not a clean workspace. Ask a few questions on how to get this done. We needed help the employees I think tried but not successful. After we figured it out ourselves. We needed a large stapler to staple our "5" pieces of paper to make a booklet. Staples did not have a stapler. So frustrating. We went to UPS they were helpful and they stapled it for us free of charge. I will try UPS for our next printing project. Lesson learned. read more

I use the self service printing a lot. It's okay yuck and decently priced! It's also convenient for me because I am usually near it once a week or so. Okay even if I have to go just to print it's in a local area I don't mind going. I was able to print all my last minute items no problem. read more

If I could give this location a negative star I would. The print service is nothing like I've ever experienced. The guy that is running it is so incredibly rude and the past few times I've used them to print, he's lying to everyone saying they missed the order or SCAD is holding them up...the last 2 times I printed SCAD was not even in session. Please do an audit on this store and maybe recommend this guy some customer service training. Getting mad at the customer coming to pick up their orders when they say it's ready is not the way to go. read more

Went to buy a printer. They had one left and the box was already opened. The salesperson was very rude and would not let me check inside the opened box. Went to customer service and was told I would have to buy the printer if I wanted to see if it was all there. When I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one on Sunday's. This place is a bunch of children running the store. I don't have time for this and will be going past this circus and driving the extra miles to go to Office Depot and dealing with adults. read more

I've used this store regularly over the years and do not expect that to change. I stopped by today shortly after noon to get a parking permit laminated. I've used the copy / print part of the store in the past, so this was not my first visit. When I arrived I noticed only one customer service provider in the work area and she was engaged with one gentleman. I was fourth in line. The employee stayed fully engaged with the customer, with no regard for the people quietly waiting for some service. I called the store and asked for a manager. Shortly thereafter a very helpful assistant manager appeared and took on processing those of us who were ignored by the one who never broke her concentration with that oh so important customer who received focused undisturbed attention from an associate who does not appear to belong in a customer service capacity. There is either a training problem or a compliance problems in this case. Either way the customers suffered, and until management gets control of their process, events like this one will reoccur. read more

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my business career! Only one person in the busy print center. My associate called earlier and was told we could get our few copies made and laminated if we arrived by 6:00. They closed at 7:00. When I arrived at 5:25, I was directed to a copier and made the copies myself. HOWEVER... when I approached the counter to ask for help with a file that didn't print as the 11x17 I needed, I was told that I could leave my copies, but he probably could NOT get them laminated until tomorrow. And he couldn't help me with the file. I would have to size my file on my computer. This was important so I asked him to try and returned an hour later only to be told he wouldn't get it done. I went back to get my Mac and double checked my steps, only to find my file was correct. He could have taken care of it for me at his workstation but showed absolutely NO interest in doing ANYTHING for me! WORST customer service ever! Staples should be ashamed!!! read more

Yet another disappointing store to add to the list of bad places to get projects printed in Savannah. When I first got in line, the ONE overzealous employee SHOUTED at me and asked what I needed help with, which was very awkward since everyone in the long line in front of me turned to hear what I needed. Then he gave a long speech about how there were several people in front of me and he would get to me when he could, ending with "But if you're here now, you will definitely get your things printed before we close." Well this was at 5pm and they close at 9.. did that really mean it could take up to 4 hours?? While I was waiting in line, 2 people came in separately to pick up things they had ordered in advance, but I noticed that both times their projects were missing or hadn't been made! When I finally did get my things printed, the one employee just kept bouncing around trying to help people that were just getting in line, instead of focusing on my project that I had waited 1.5 hours to print. And of course after everything, the prints were crappy. I asked for cardstock and he gave me some flimsy paper with some sort of texture on it.. everything that was black on the page looked like someone had touched it with an oily forehead. Suppose it's needless to say, but i will not use again. read more

This is the first time I have ever walked in a store and walked out empty handed due to lack of service. This place was a mess and you had to beg for assistance. If I wanted no service or bad service, I would go to Wal-Mart instead. I prefer Office Depot now. read more

Staples always has a great selection of office supplies and general necessities, and the staples on victory is no exception. The employees here are kind and helpful as well, however, Tom (the assistant manager) created a bad experience and environment while I was shopping. I observed him being rude to both the employees and a customer on different occasions. It was upsetting to watch an assistant manager be so rude to employees that were actually helping me. Otherwise very quick and easy shopping spree and I would be happy to shop there again had Tom not acted so disrespectfully. read more

I really want to give it a negative number. I have never been treated like I was treated this evening. I have been a preferred business customer of this location for over 14 years. And never have I had a bad experience until this evening. The so- called store manager- Ashley yelled and pointed her finger at me! I was there at 6:20 to pick a copy job that was supposed to be ready at 5:30 and it was not ready. She was rude and ready to go home and had several customers before me that were unhappy. I placed my mask down for a second to try to discuss with her and she started screaming immediately put your mask back on- like a crazy person. So rude, unprofessional. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location the last 14 years. But I will never go into that store again. Staples corporate really need to look at this location. It used to be a great store but NOT now!! Very unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever seen especially from a so- called manager. read more

This Staples store has always gone above and beyond to help me. If I have a question they stop what they are doing to help me find exactly what I need. I truly feel like the copy and print department is an extended part of my business because they are truly committed to completing my projects in a perfect and timely manner. It's as if I have a support team that has my best interest at heart. They seem to care that I, their customer, succeed and do well. My friend and I needed to get our resumes printed here and the woman who was helping us out was the friendliest person in the world. We didn't catch her name, but she was studying Mass Communications at school and she was so friendly, attentive, and quick. Even as she was helping us, she made sure other customers who were waiting were being tended to. We were going to have it printed on normal printer paper, but she suggested a nicer quality and it turned out great. We didn't even have to wait that long, just a few minutes, and she apologized for the wait and didn't charge us for the printing service. It made our day! I hope her employers recognize what a wonderful asset she is to them, she is amazing. We can't thank her enough! read more

I have been using Staples printing services for years. The customer service at this store is horrible. I do double sided full color name badges and have always used Avery card stock, and this Staples has a policy against using anything perforated. (I have no problem doing this in Orlando when I am there on work every other month.) I went to Office Max with my last print job in December but decided to give Staples one more try today. I thought I'd email the files, then have the badges printed on card stock and they could cut them to size. Today I was told I can email a print job in but they won't start the job until I physically go to the store with a confirmation email in my hand. Or I can send the email to them from the store. What's the point???? The girl I talked to was rude, surly and sarcastic. Needless to say, Office Max will be getting an extra $8K in print revenue this year. read more
