    Service here is trash 100.0% of the time. Give them a chance maybe once a year and they never impress. Long wait, no help when you talk to somebody just nope we don't have that. I'm like it's on your web site can you order it and they've already moved to the next "customer" (person just there for an Amazon return.)

    In short order after purchase, I managed to smash the screen on my Galaxy S10. I limped along for…read more~6mos until it began to flicker continuously, making usage of the phone nearly impossible. When I initially broke the screen, I stopped by at the Leesburg location for an estimate. It sounded expensive, hence why I lived with it for months. I looked on the interwebs to find a replacement screen and found that the cost of the part alone was generally higher than the cost quoted to me installed. Using the website, I scheduled an appointment to drop off the phone in-store. A rep from the store followed up to confirm the appointment and to review what was needed. She also readied the needed parts. Drop off was easy. While physical signature was required, measures were taken to sanitize surfaces and writing implements. Everyone I interacted with was wearing masks as well. I was told the repair would take a few hours. Store hours are until 7p. I called to follow up at 630p to see if it would be ready, and I was given the option to pick up after hours, which was really appreciated. The replacement screen works as expected, and a new battery was included. Good as new! I hope I never have to visit again, but I recommend to anyone in Leesburg with a broken phone.

Unfortunately we were the only ones in the store, and that includes employees. We waited there for 30 minutes, no one ever came out to check either of us in. The other customer peaked his head around the divider and there was not a soul to be found. I've never seen a completely deserted open store before, but it was an incredible waste of time

My husband dropped my phone off to have the cracked screen fixed (The phone was completely operable). The technician said to come back in 20 minutes. He did and was asked to come back in another 20 minutes, which he did. Still working on the phone, he was asked again to come back in 20 minutes. My husband returned for the 3rd time, after 20 - 30 minutes. Upon my husband's return, the tech showed him the "Home Button" was no longer operable (which was fully operable prior to bringing it to him) and demonstrated a moon-like object on the phone. He said that I would need to click on the object and type in my passcode each time to gain entry into my phone. It turned out to be worse than that. I could no longer use my fingerprint to access any of my apps and they were not working in any manner at all. The bottom line is, my husband came in with a fully operable iPhone and left with a phone that was inoperable and useless. My husband brought my phone to the Apple Store in Reston, VA and they were able to fix my "home button" and restore my phone to working order. The total for these repairs was $136.74. My husband returned to Talk n fix and spoke with the same technician and asked to be reimbursed for the repair. He refused. He asked him if he could fix what he broke. He replied "no, no one could". My husband replied that "Apple could and did fix it". Then he said, "Well they are the only ones who could". Which was the exact opposite of what he previously said. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to have this charge reversed and was denied. I filed an appeal with greater detail and receipts, and the credit card company agreed I should get a refund from talk n fix for the amount it cost to repair the phone ($136.74). Talk n fix refused. We gave them a chance to make things right and they didn't. I have no other choice but to take legal action against this company and to report them to EVERY consumer protection agency I can find. Utimately, I do not want this to happen to others.

    This business has relocated for unknown and unexpected reasons …read more I called in June to see if they were able to repair my Electro voice powered speaker. They said yes - Speaker brought in and 69.00 Diagnostic Fee paid - the were very efficient in determining My amplifier component was Blown -- They said I would need to pay for the replacement component up front and I authorized payment for "new amp " via credit card via textual and phone communication . I specifically told the Manager that I wanted Electrovoice OEM replacement components- They said no problem and speaker would be ready in approx 2 weeks . Segway -- 3 months later - they said delay was that they Did not have a Technician on Staff and job was on hold till they could find a replacement technician. I became somewhat suspicious when the manager kept trying to sell me on idea of getting a custom replacement speaker -- Told him , No Thank you sir-- Then he tells me That the future for investing was Cryptocurrency and they had a on site Bitcoin Vending Machine - that worked by digital payment . I told him I was Not interested and we needed to focus on the task of repairing my speaker. I had made multiple calls over the summer to check on the status . The Manager would not return my calls by text nor cellphone conversation. However, when I utilized someone else's phone with a different # , he would pick up the phone and answer promptly . I went there to see WTF was going on . He assured me that it was a labor issue . He needed more time. Long story short - he has some ? " Technician" "complete the repair" . I go to pick it up and notice that there is an aftermarket Brand Amp ... I said this was not what we agreed on . He stated when the initial tech ordered replacement OEM amp - it did not fit I said to him- that he did not order the correct Mfg OEM Why ? Because I personally called Electro voice in Greer SC and gave them the serial number and part numbers on back of matching speaker. They verified they had exact replacement and also offer a factory revamp and repair of my unit . I thought one stop connect would be a faster and effective solution I was totally Fooled by this Con artist -- I now have a speaker with incorrect bootleg part that still doesn't function properly -- I called to ask for refund and I would return the Bootleg amp . The manager has now moved the business ( He said that something unforeseen had occurred and they were in the process of relocating to Herndon). He has stood me up with more excuses beyond reasonable and professional consideration I have been more than patient - trying to give the guy a break ( that was my Mistake ) He refuses to answer my call . I would like notify the Police but this is a Civil Matter -- I would not let these people change a light bulb in my flashlight -- This Business is unethical , unprofessional and totally inept . Guess I will resume our discussions in small Claims Court -- Bottom Line : Stay Away And I do not believe Yelp and its reviews as well .
