He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.

Fast forward 11 months and my computer refused to start one morning. I took it back to Century Computer to be repaired. I was surprised to learn that Amanda has sold the business. I left it with the new owner whose name I never caught. After a few days I called to see what the status was. They said they'd get bank to me. They called a couple hours later and said it was fixed, and that the hard drive was still under warranty and THERE WAS NO CHARGE! The new owner didn't do the original repair, but nevertheless repaired it at no cost to me. He didn't have to do that, I never would have known.
