Loved that. Now however, I find UPS is the easiest place to drop off Amazon returns. All the residents of Wylie/ Murphy seem to feel the same way, as any time I enter this location this are at least 1-4 others likewise seeking to return things. There's occasionally some drama like the poor couple being told that their giant rectangular boxes of curtains will cost over $50 to ship back to Amazon and they need to call this number (extends paper to them) to see if they can get that fee waived by Amazon. I've had an increased volume of returns to make lately, and enjoyed making some small talk with others as I wait my turn in the line in this store. It really seems like 80% of the workload here is Amazon returns, but it could be just the windows of time I go in there. There are usually 1-2 people working, so depending how many returns and how many employees, it can take a bit to get through the line, but it's still ALWAYS faster than USPS to reach the front of the line by a landslide. I have no complaints. The employees are friendly, and it must be VERY repetitive scanning in all those barcodes. I work really hard to select "UPS" on the drop down on Amazon and still have accidentally pressed "Whole foods" on at least 10% of my returns. The employees here handle the mix up with patience, explaining to every customer how to cancel the return and select UPS over and over and over again (certainly not just to me!). No major complaints. Only minus one star because if you have to recreate one of your return labels you kind of can end up in a no man's land waiting as they move on to other customers and forget for a bit you had that last label ready. Clean, crisp interior and all my returns have gotten back to Amazon without issue!

Their employees fluctuate and often aren't trained well. A few month ago their printer kept jamming when I was trying to print a 60 page job. The employee went to get someone to assist, the man told me to go somewhere else because it couldn't be fixed. Today I sent a print job at 9:15 AM requesting a quote. 5 hours later I phoned to check if they received it and get that pricing quote. A female answered but a male was in the background telling her what to say. (English was a struggle with both but the female was being very patient.) Initially, he told her that there was no email. While I was verifying the email I sent it to, I heard him say they did have it but it wasn't ready yet. I clarified that I was looking for a quote first. Explained the details of my email, pricing on 65 lb card stock and considering adding cutting to the job. The female was struggling relaying this and told them man I was requesting to speak to him. He said put the call on hold. I hung up after 5 mins. 45 mins later I nice male phoned me back to tell me there was no such thing as 65 lb card stock. 65 lb is Very common paper. I'm thinking this place may have switched ownership. The location on 78 is farther but has had customer service training.

I pointed it out and they claimed that's the process. The tracking still shows delivery that was returned initially. When I reached out to them, they said it could be the USPS problem and that's why they insists to take UPS with additonal charge so they will 'help' with tracking the item. They have no idea about the whole eco system.

She showed me how to email my documents to print and go thing to get them printed out. The payment for that was very little at all and for the use of the fax machine too. She had us in and out in five minutes just about. I love how the set up of the store is cause everything is laid out so simple and easy to find everything I was looking for.
