The 2 new salesman told me that the definition of "lifetime" is the battery's lifetime, which can be any arbitrary number - not "as long as you own the battery." THIS IS CLEARLY DECEPTIVE PRACTICE AND DESERVES LITIGATION JUST ON PRINCIPLE.

The store markets the fact that they will check and replace cell phone batteries. They "tested" my phone charging port three times, only to conclude that a new battery was the issue. Trusting them that this was the case, I authorized a $50 cellphone battery replacement After one day of no improvement, I brought it to their attention again, another "test" was done, and of course they sold me a $20 power cord. A day later after this did not help, I returned to the store an OBSERVED the "test", which they FINALLY concluded that "oh ya it isn't charging". Now I am stuck with $75 worth of battery and cord that they will not take back! WOW! (I guess they figured out that there was nothing more they could sell me. I will take comfort in telling everyone I know about my experience, so they too may avoid this experience at this store.

I have taken my iPhones in here a few times for repairs. The last time was for water damage and rice stuck in the charging ports. My new iPhone was repaired within minutes. If it can be fixed, they will do it in a jiffy and at a low or affordable price. They didn't price gauge or try to upsell products or do extra unnecessary repairs or try to inflate what's needed. They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

After bringing my wife's phone here for third time for the same issue, they decided not to honor the warranty on their work claiming someone must have deliberately damaged the phone (never heard that before). After taking the phone to another repair shop where the technician doesn't hide in the back, it took them all of five seconds to point out the poor workmanship that caused the issue. In short, a warranty isn't worth much if you refuse to honor it.

I purchased the internet system from this location and was misinformed about the process. I was…read moretold there is only one person that works and operate this particular location. I purchased the internet for June and July and was not told the refill code was on the receipt. Well now the receipt is gone and they won't refill my internet for July even though they can clearly see that it was paid for. The I guess so called store manager is who he calls himself is rude as ever. I stated to him that he did not inform us of the refill code on the bottom of the receipt and he just sat on the phone saying nothing. He then stated there is no way he can pull up the receipt. I then went to another Boost mobile and was told by that manager that he should be able to view the transaction in his pos system and there's no excuse for his unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this location at all. I feel like we should have been informed of every detail when purchasing products and services.
