I actually came into this store back in 2021 to get something laminated in "Print and Marketing" and I haven't gone back since, at the time I didn't leave a review, but decided to leave a review now cause I remember the store's layout and want to get more customers into the store itself, all I know was that the last time I was there everything was nice, cleaned and organized, and where it should be, nothing was out of place, I also liked how bright and inviting it was, it's not a dull store when you enter, above all, I do recommend this store for whoever wants to go shopping for office and school supplies... read more

One register opened at 2:30 during the day. The line wrapped around, all I had to do was an Amazon return. Which use to be done at the ups counter as well. The cashier at the ups counter was rude and dismissive, stating they do it at the other line. If they can't handle the influx from returns and their own store then they should cut it off. Buyer beware.... I have been getting a delivery of Poland Springs seltzer water for a few months now. 3 Cases every 5-6 weeks and paying about 50.00 a month. Today, I see the price went up without any kind of warning. It didn't go up a dollar or two... it literally tripled in price!! One case, 24 bottles is now 47.00 and change!!! I recently visited the Print Center at this store. I had purchased a counted cross stitch download on Etsy and was having difficulty printing it at home. I was helped by Rayna (sp?) and she was competent, polite and incredibly patient with me and my questions. She thoroughly explained her answers to my questions. She provided me with cost alternatives and at checkout had a discount code for me to apply. She acted genuinely interested in my project, which gave the experience a personal touch. Nothing ever works properly in the store and the workers treat the customer as if issue is with them. This is the second time I have been a this location to print and the service has been poor. The first time I needed Avery labels printed as I do often and the lady told me that that she couldn't do it and I would need to come back the next day in the morning. Today I went and the self service printer was not working properly and the lady did not help me just told me to use another one that was spinning for 10 mins. Convenience, I love it. This Staples is located in the Clifton Commons. Its very easy to get to and has a ton of parking at all times. The prices are slightly high but the layout can be confusing. Aisle labels are somewhat generic. All I wanted was some compressed air (damn you laptop!!) and I had to ask a couple people to find what I was looking for. read more

I have used this store a few times because they are one of the few stores that has printing. Too often the computers and printers are out of order. The staff is always jammed up with one customer for mailing something out. They do not mail to P.O. Boxes and they are not helpful. I primarily use this Staples for personal copy & print services. I've been to at least 10 different locations for the same services, but this is the only where I am consistently disappointed. 90% of the time, staff are unable to complete my simple (less than 5 minute) print order while I wait. Today I was careful to come more than 35 minutes before closing, but they were unable to help me, and wouldn't even allow me to do it myself as they had in the past (because of the special paper). It is unfortunate that they are so consistently understaffed. The manager came over and gave me dissatisfying lip service. If you need something done quickly or without waiting on a long line for service, AVOID this location! read more

The manager was abusive, the store(and staff) discriminate against the disabled, and they don't care about the health and safety of someone walking into their store. What I love about Staples is that they go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. It really is frustrating when you can't go find something and an associate vaguely points to an aisle and tells you it should be there. . The associates at Staples will walk you to the place where your item is located and will stay with you until the item is in your hands. I have bought a printer and a laptop and their tech squad is also fantastic when it comes to explaining and demonstrating how your item works. Aaron in tech support is always very helpful and patient. They sell everything from file cabinets and office furniture to Scotch tape and paperclips. They also have a good Loyalty program and will send you money off coupons towards your next purchase. read more

I went to go buy a chair. Not a big deal should be cut and dry. I pick out my chair. No price. I walk up to the counter to a manager who is good at barking orders. Tells me to get the guy on the floor. Guy from the floor comes does not know price looks for manager he can't find him. I only need to know is it on stock and how much. Over five minutes and no answer. Finally guy come out does have it in stock and still don't know the price. Worst customer service ever. I still got the chair but damn. read more

We went to Staples in Clifton Commons to buy an office chair. The young man said it was in stock and left to get one. Nearly 20 minutes later, no chair. I finally walk to the rear of the store to find the young man walking around and when I asked about the chair, his response was "We don't have it. Didn't anyone tell you?" No, no one told us and an apology for having us wait would have been appreciated. I give this feedback to the manager since it's his job to ensure proper customer satisfaction and while doing so a cashier who no one was speaking to decides to chime in and say "In all fairness, he told us in our headsets." But no one told us --paying customers. I proceeded to tell her that had someone simply shared that information with us, all would have been ok. She then says "Well, I can't leave the register." Really? Does that make sense? Wouldn't you simply tell a coworker to tell us? Mind you, we were in Staples at 9am this morning. The place was nearly empty. I shop at this Staples regularly and have never had an issue with the employees. Don't EVER bring your iphone to this store so they can replace the screen. I had to bring my iphone 6 back to the store four times, the fourth time they had to send it out to a third party. The screen will lock up, APPS will appear and when I was able to dial the wrong number will dial. Are kidding me. I brought in a laptop which was not connecting with our FIOS internet at home, but working in the store, and spent hours trying to get it fixed via other computer service centers, including a local computer repair shop. The Staples tech recommended trying a wireless AC adaptor which did the trick, and cost less than the service charge at the local repair shop!
