Boris was very communicative and receptive to my ideas while also giving me some great ideas (he's the artist here). Boris sent me designs to choose from and answered any questions I had regarding sizing, color, visibility, aesthetic etc. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with everything before printing and putting them up. Boris even sent me a rough draft of the logo onto a picture of the shop so I could get a better idea of what it would look like! All in all I ended up getting a custom logo, and store front decals, a decal INSIDE the shop, business cards, stickers, magnets, gift certificates, he even got me some T-Shirts late notice for our grand opening! I texted him, and he was very quick and responsive. I let him know that I wanted a custom Raiders shirt, and we talked about some ideas I had. He then took those ideas and created a very nice design! The whole process from start to finish only took a couple days, and I was able to pick the shirt up well before the game. I also wanted a cool Raiders decal for my car, and asked if he knew anyone. He let me know that he actually started off doing decals and still makes them, so I was able to get a sticker from him as well! I'm really happy there is finally a custom clothing/decal guy in Hayward.
