Let me start off this review by saying the true character of a business is shown not by when a job goes as planned but when a mistake happens and you see how willing they are to fix it. I hired Lee and his team to install a wrap on my work van. After it was installed, I noticed that some areas were starting to bubble up on both driver and passenger side panels. I took it back for Lee to look at. His first response was that since it was done in the winter, it need some sun to heat it up and it would all eventually go down with time. It did not. He had me come back into the shop to find a solution. Lee's sub-contracted install team was using a razor blade to cut the wrap where the bubbled up areas of concern were. I let Lee know I was concerned if this would compromise the integrity of the wrap if/when any moisture got through. He assured me this would not happen and this is how it is done, I trusted the professional. Fast forward, we are 3 years and change into the life of the wrap and moisture did get through causing cracks in any areas that a razor was used to fix the bubbling areas of my original concern. The warranty I was told I have for my wrap is 5-7 years , I should still have life left ..... I don't. I contacted Lee to let him know what is going on. His first response was "I'm not in the financial position to fix this". That was VERY concerning to hear but wanted to give him the chance to do the right thing. We set up a time for him to inspect it. His solution was to patch the areas that are cracking. I asked him how this would look and he told me since the wrap isn't new and the patched areas would be brand new it wouldn't match up. In my eyes this would stand out worse then the actual cracking problem. The conversation was getting a little heated so I expressed to Lee that we should both take a few days to calm down and think of other possible solutions, he agreed and said he would give me a call on Monday. Monday came and went with no call from Lee. When I called him to follow up his response was " nothing has changed so I didn't call, I apologize." While I appreciate the apology a call is what was needed. At the end of the day I'm a business owner too and try to put myself into his shoes. I did, over that time think of what I would do if my clients had a complaint like this. My solution, a compromise was that we split the cost to replace 50/50 as I feel that his workmanship was the initial problem and his solution to his workmanship caused the wrap to age quicker then it should. He told me absolutely not. Now the only outlet I have is let others know this company is not in the financial position to fix a mistake it it happens and reality is no one is perfect , mistakes happen but it's how you fix them . I hope future clients read this review and know what COULD happen IF something goes wrong with a project with this company. read more
