I ordered a pair of glasses that took a full month to get to me. I kept getting the run around and told my glasses had shipped elsewhere and they were in route. I spoke daily to these people. The manager Amber and her flunkie Amy kept saying they would call me back but no one ever did. I finally called again after Amber promised she would call me back and did not. I spoke to Stephen who checked the current days shipment and called me back to say my glasses were. When I went to pick them up NONE of the employees had on masks. 1 other person was there to pick up glasses and 2 others were trying on glasses and ordering. Granted the 2 people trying on glasses and purchasing were there first; however they would not allow us simply to pick up our glasses and leave. I waited 30 minutes and Amy refused to gGive me my glasses I told her I will wait in my car then she gave a guy that came after me his glasses and told me I lost my place I just told him to go ahead and cancel the order I am so frustrated right now please do not go to the store because Amber and Amy are unprofessional read more

Ordered glasses 1/14. Two weeks later and driving an hour was notified that these frames have been discontinued and to choose another one. After three attempts at the correct prescription glasses are still not correct. I paid over $600 for two pair! and I need a refund and cannot reach anybody at the store. The girl at the desk was nice enough, but 'the doctor' was rude because I questioned their charging an unnecessary 'contact lens fitting fee' for $50 over and above their exam fee - I've had eye exams for years and always wear the exact same 'fit' of contacts - this is just a way for them to steal $50 from you. read more

Very poor service. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived five minutes prior to the appointment time and the receptionist tells me that my appointment has been canceled, due to a glitch in their system. He never apologized and didn't offer to reschedule. I would never attempt to use them, again and will always share this story with family and friends. read more

Receptionist is rude. I got there 15 minutes early for my appt because I knew there would be paperwork to fill out. I was kept waiting for an hour. I took an early lunch so I could get this eye exam. It's apparent to me that the receptionists do not care about keeping patients waiting. They refused to give an explanation or an apology for keeping patients waiting. I won't recommend this clinic tho the optical shop next door has a nice young man willing to help people. He could give the receptionists lessons on customer service. And what do you mean you don't control the schedule? When I walked in there last Friday to set up an appt, the receptionist took my information and entered into the computer and set up an appt for me. I had a great experience at Stanton! Originally, I had an appointment scheduled for another eye care clinic, however, when I arrived to the clinic, they were rude, unhelpful and would not honor the pricing that their website was advertising. After watching other patients leaving the clinic unhappy, I decided to call Stanton, and I'm so thrilled I did!!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The exam took a bit longer than expected, but they were busy and a little backed up. It was no big deal. Andrea W. Overall I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. I was originally going to see what type of selection they had and the special they were offering caught my attention. Since they take walk-ins and stay open late on a Saturday I was impressed. I was able to get an exam and choose from a variety of frames. The team was very friendly and helpful and gave honest opinions of how the frames looked on me. I had to narrow down my choices! Also, they explained my vision plan and told me my options if I wanted to get all three pair. I walked out the same day with my glasses which was also a plus - no more waiting. Yay! We got 2 pairs of eye glasses each & free eye exams for $69 each. The eye doctor didn't rush the exam & took time to explain everything. The tech explained every test he did . On the glasses side they had thousands of glasses to choose from. The people was all very nice & helpful. The office manager Amber took time to explain in detail of how best to get use to our new glasses. All 4 was ready in about an hour. They will continue to get our business & I'd recommend them above any other place. read more

The Manager Amber is awsome! The assistants that work in the exam area they don't know the meaning of HIPPA. You can call and give them your insurance the week prior. The day of they can never find your information. This is the 3rd year that I have to call and ask about my glasses. If amber is not there you can forget it. read more

Get ready for a wait to exceed an hour and a half! They cram you in. We asked to come 20 mins later to our appointment they said wasn't possible yet then made us wait for an hr just to see doctor. Their special deal is a bait and switch. The glasses included are a selection of 4 glasses that look like they came out of urkles fish tank. In addition they are only for minor eye problems. If you need bifocals or other stuff then of course it won't work. To get what your hoping to get from what you see advertised your going to spend in excess of 200. Regardless of what they tell you this will be a fact. I am also very surprised to see reviews of everyone was nice as the secretary was quite snarky and rude not only to me but many here. One could hear the muttering of upset people. Secretary's response was "I'm just filling in. She would the proceed to ignore you. Of and of course they insist you wear a mask while the secretary has it hanging below her nose. Smh read more

I went to Stanton Optical in Little Rock on University Ave a couple of days ago and my appointment was overbooked and my eye exam felt rushed and my prescription was off. I rescheduled for another appointment and Dr. Jaros took care of me. He rechecked my eyes and made sure that I left with the right prescription. The $59 deal is a scam you are told that it's for two pair of glasses and eye exam however it turns out that the $59 is it for nothing but the eye exam itself and then your pointed to cheap frames and then there it goes expensive frames because your prescription is too high. I was stuck because I spent the $59 so I wind up spending close to $300 when I walked out of the store what a waste of time and a waste of my money I called it like how it is a scam read more

Manager called to apologize and tried to make it right. This was a nice gesture and she seemed sincere. She informed me that the Doctor there is not part of Stanton and they just share a building and sort of cooperate together. But this is hard to tell from an outside view and the Doctor's office still gets 1star from me. But Stanton wasn't the issue I suppose. read more

I went there today to get some new glasses. I got an eye exam and new glasses all in less than 2 hours. I have been wearing glasses for about 30 years now and this was probably the best experience I had purchasing glasses. The staff were extremely polite and professional. The exam was quick and there was very little waiting time. I am very pleased with the quality, fit and comfort of the frames and it was not overly expensive. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to purchase new glasses. Now that I am a permanent resident of Little Rock, I plan to continue going here for glasses in the future. Throughout the process they were incredible, they worked within our budgets and helped us find the perfect glasses. I really appreciate how much care they took to explain the process of how it all works.
