Usually, if something is too good to be true it isn't, but in this case it really was true. Here's how it went. I texted Steve the prescription, which he said could be made while I waited. (My grandson had lost his other glasses, so it was important to get new ones ASAP.) Sure enough, we picked out a pair of frames and received the glasses within about 20 minutes. The amazing price was $125. Now imagine the hassle of going to Walmart or somewhere, then having to go back to pick them up, then paying what would surely be a lot more. And yes, he's only open on Wednesday, but for us it was worth every bit the wait (two days.) Cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

I couldn't decide & ended up purchasing 3 pair (and for a lot less than $700!) I'm still waiting on the call to pick up my glasses now. It has been longer than the 2 hours they quoted me BUT the other place told me 2-3 WEEKS so whether it takes 2 hours or all night, I'll still be happy I got them in a day as opposed to waiting almost a month. First off the selection of glasses consist of maybe 10 pairs. They look like cheaper than something at the dollar store. It takes forever to get someone to even notice you even though its by appointment. I ordered some transition lenses for women. After waiting 2 weeks, or more I received a mens thick librarian glasses. I am guessing they are the most cheap and plain kind wit fingerprints. Of course the prescription is incorrect and they are not shaded. Not only have I not heard of the brand of glasses but the kid at the office was supposed to have written down all of this and I wasted a long time waiting for the computer to catch up. The staff is also rude. When I called every phone number, no one let me into the office. I stood outside and got no reaction from the staff. I came in because other patients were leaving. When I was let in the dude in charge of handing out my glasses announced what a rude person I am to go inside without calling. So now I didn't only lose a few hours and paid for an appointment but Im stuck with hideous trash for glasses.

I have never had more trouble picking up a pair of glasses in the over 50 years that I have worn…read moreglasses. This man is never at work. The sign say that he's at work on the door, and the signs on the internet say he's at work, but he's not there. Trust me I've been there six times in two weeks trying to get my glasses. He's supposed to be there from 9 to 5 and he is never there. He has no receptionist. His voice mailbox is full. Please explain to me how I'm supposed to get glasses from a place that's never open.
