Sean was the optician that assisted me and he was super pleasant and knowledgeable - I feel like I took mini optician course today with what I learned while selecting my frames. I couldn't decide & ended up purchasing 3 pair (and for a lot less than $700!) I'm still waiting on the call to pick up my glasses now. It has been longer than the 2 hours they quoted me BUT the other place told me 2-3 WEEKS so whether it takes 2 hours or all night, I'll still be happy I got them in a day as opposed to waiting almost a month. Several years ago, I went to consider buying glasses from a different place. After waiting for any service or even a hello, my mother and I left. At least 15 or more likely 30 minutes without any suggestions and help from the staff does not work and loses business. For those people that get the free eye exam and purchase glasses, that might be the only time before making a purchase that the service is better or exists. We are on our 3rd visit for a pair of glasses. First they messed up and didn't give us the right lenses. We were going to count it a loss and go somewhere else, and out of nowhere a new pair (wrong frames) right strength lenses but had bifocal lines (ours was to be progressive lenses) showed up. Went back to pick them up on third visit and they made us the lenses with lines for the right frames even tho we paid for the progressive. Someone typed a note in the file that said we requested line bifocals because we were having trouble with them. When it was them who messed up. Now we are going to have to come back a 4th time to get them again. They try to make things the customers faults. Update: finally have the right glasses with the right prescription no extra money out of pocket, only time wasted. New glasses are flawless, hence the increase in rating. read more

Not certain where the bargain prices I see on television arrive from but it didn't apply to me. I had my own prescription and frames, my cost was going to be $200.95, the highest of 3 other estimates I received that day. Went for my first pair of glasses. I needed them before close of business. They had them finished and on my face within an hour. Libby took great care of me and made it a painless experience. The girl at front is the sweetest and super helpful. But don't even waste your time asking for an appointment time. You are not going back on time, making u wait up to 30-40 min. Since they take walk-ins, they will see whoever was in front of you anyways. So if u have time to waste go for it. read more

My brother bought glasses at Success Vision and is INCREDIBLY disappointed. First off, he selected frames that fit without the lens, but when his lens were put in, the frames no longer fit correctly. He was told there was nothing they could do about it since the lens had been made. Then he had to go back to the store because there was a BUBBLE in the lens - this is so bad; the lenses should not have been allowed to leave the store. Also, on the upper left corner of one of the lenses he can see numbers engraved. This also is not acceptable. The glasses have been terrible. We had bought my mom's glasses at this same store and she didn't seem to have problems with them, but after this, not only are we not going to go to Success Vision ever again, but we are going to let our friends know why! read more

Pleasantly surprised at the rapid service and warranty repair. I had an inexpensive pair of plastic frames with progressive bifocals. They broke this week for the second time in a year. When the technician found that those frames were no longer available I was allowed to choose any frame up to $59 as a free replacement. Got metal frames and bifocals replaced with only distance vision, all under warranty. Very pleased. read more
