I've been wearing glasses pretty much my whole life (50+ years). Since I don't have eye insurance right now I wanted a good value and went to Success Vision Express. I have a complicated prescription since I had mono-vision lasik surgery 10 years ago and wanted progressive bifocals. The store was busy and only two ladies answering the phone and helping customers. I had to wait a little bit but picked out frames in the meantime. The customers were being helped in a timely manner. When they were ready for me the gal was very knowledgeable about the lenses I was going to get and knew I didn't have insurance. She was very patient answering my questions and extremely helpful. I was expecting to have a much harder time as I have in the past and she just blew me away with a nice experience ordering and then picking up my glasses. The wait is ridiculous. Would be better if there was an online check in and waitlist so you didn't wait so long sitting. I've been waiting (and am still waiting) an hour just to pick up my glasses after receiving a text message to come and get them. This place needs more employees. read more

excellent staff willing to help, even though I bought my glasses elsewhere, my new puppy chewed up all the pairs I built up over the years, back up pairs, etc., I was desperate to have s as my glasses I was able to see through and not have to wait a week for them to be cut and mailed, I took a chance that with a current prescription they might have mine in stock and be able to cut them for work the next day. They did, and I had my frames with new lenses within the hour, I was so pleased, not to mention they were cheaper, and offered me a warranty that even covered my overly exuberant chewing puppy. read more

Went here again for the 3rd time and it was great. The staff really care and the doctor next door provides a very thorough eye exam (best exam I've ever had). I used to pay $400 for glasses and would wait about 10 days. Now I pay $180 and wait about an hour. read more

I went to get new glasses today for the first time the reception was very rude and disrespectful. I purchased a pair of glasses and I went to another business to get my prescription put in. They told me that those glasses was not efficient enough to put their prescription in, I went back to the business to get a refund and the manager was very rude to me in front of several clients. I do not recommend this business I do not recommend you spending your money or your time. read more

Went to this location to have my lenses darkened. Was told by the person that they aren't allowed to touch my frames or lenses. It was the ony reason given. Now, keep in mind, the frames and lenses in question were purchased from this location. Then the lenses in my second frame had new lenses made and replaced on June of 2019. The person was rude, brusk and very unprofessional. I was told after everything goes back to normal, they would be able to help me them. In the future, when I need glasses, I will have to think hard before coming back to this location. The attitude shown me this morning, 4/1/20, is one that I have grown to expect from businesses in Arkansas. Avoid this place like the plague(poor analogy, but one thst fits). The staff was uniformly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were fairly busy the morning that I went in but I was still waited on in a short period of time. The optician answered all of my questions; fitted me with new frames and lenses and had me ready to go in less than 30 minutes. i don't want to rate this place low because it was just the front desk woman who was rude but i want people to be aware. i went in today at 3pm for an appointment with the optometrist and the woman who checked me in was stuck up and talked to me like i was stupid (i was wearing a tshirt and cut off shorts. not that that makes her better than me but she sure acted like it) and when she asked me how i would be paying i said with my care credit card (which is supposed to be accepted at all vision clinics) she wouldn't even look at me, and was very rude and short in explaining "we accept what's on that paper. i can try to run it but it won't work." she all but shooed me out the door. i've been coming here for 10 years but i won't be back to this location because of her and her discriminatory attitude. read more

Went in out of curiosity. The 2 for $99 deals are on frames that retail for $20 (cheap/ugly). Other frames are priced at about what you can get anywhere else. The decent looking frames you see on the TV ads are not the ones that are available for the lower prices. The people there seemed nice, but one star for a combination of deceptive advertising and also for making me look at those ugly frames. There are other discount eye centers that don't lure you in with deceptive ads. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I've never had problems with an optometrist but this place has been terrible! Rude, incompetent, and dishonest front desk , dyslexic optometrist (since High school she said after mixing up right and left contacts), and I was never able to order the correct contacts. I go in to complain and they tell me to schedule another appointment for over $100. read more

Please be aware Success Vision has a "no refund" policy. If you get a bad pair of eyeglasses here, your only option is to replace them with another bad pair of eyeglasses. Also I asked about the 2 pairs of no line bifocals for 99$ and never got an answer. I really wonder if they exist! Don't waste your money here. read more

This place is a low budget joke. I choice it because I needed glasses immediately. However, the next time I will wait and take the time off work to go to a place close to home. The "sales clerks" (I don't know what they're called) are liars. They're nice enough, but they'll lie to you until you call them on their crap. They push that warranty real hard, but they don't advise you of what you're buying. So if you don't like what you get, they charge you to take it back; even though you've never left the store! When I originally made my purchase, I was suppose to get a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses for 149. Yeah, when you go cheap, you get garbage. My sunglasses looked like somebody's grandpa coke bottle glasses. Sorry coke no insult to you. Then the clerk tries to tell me they're cute...hahaha! NO! That's not cute! I wanted polycarbonate lens in my sunglasses. I was never told that it wasn't available in the sunglasses because the polycarbonate lens can't be tinted. Okay, well at least that's what the manager said before she charged me 15.99 to take the ugly sunglasses back. Oh by the way, it's policy which they don't inform you of until you have a problem. Bottom line, don't patronize this business unless you're on a tight budget and you really don't care what you get. Or shall I say, if you don't mind getting screwed over. Success Vision's TV ads proclaim, "two pair for $99 in an hour or less." But as others have said here, that's purely a come-on. Only with $19 frames--few in number and remarkably ugly--does the pricing apply. Most frames "for a package" are $39 and up. The real price for my glasses, based on my prescription and the frames I picked from the "package" racks, was $119 per pair. Oh, and could I get them in an hour or less? No. They would have to be mailed to me, and there was no guarantee as to when they would arrive. Go to Sears or Wal-Mart for your glasses. read more

I have used SVE in NLR for the last couple of years. The people working there are all very nice and helpful. I had an issue with the lenses in my first pair. Was told that it would take awhile to adjust because I had never worn bifocals before. Two weeks later I was still not able to see good. Went back and found out the lenses were measured wrong for my eyes. They apologized for the mix-up and reassured me that they would fix the problem. They remade them and made sure I could see better before I left. Just knowing that they will work with you if there is a problem makes it worth driving there. read more

I can tell you that my experience here was absolutely horrible it was worse than buying a used car when it came to the pricing of the glasses! After 3 hrs the glasses were made and upon trying them on the prescription was so far off I couldn't see out of them! They told me it was nothing they did it was my prescription from my DR. So I went back to the DR to have his prescription checked and he was right the 1st time! I called them back and told them that and they told me I got what I paid for!!! I bought a pair of Eddie Bauer frames at the LR store for more than $200, well over the ad that claims you can get 2 pairs for $37. The glasses immediately started falling apart. Both temples fell off, and then a lens fell out. I poked the lens back in twice before it fell out and I lost it. Then I misplaced them. So I went back to SV to replace them. I bought s different pair. The lenses both fell out. I found the first pair and, because I'm disabled, a friend took both pairs back to the NLR store. I wanted SV to put the lenses back in the second pair so that maybe they would stay. My friend called me when she encountered problems with a salesman about replacing the lens in the second pair. SV wouldn't replace the lens at no cost to me because I had bought them more than 6 months ago. That lens was $70, but he then told me I might have to buy TWO lenses, also replacing the good one thst was still in the glasses. I'm embarrassed to admit that I lost it and yelled at him. He then refused to replace the lens at all. Everyone else I worked with at both stores was nice and very helpful. I guess I have to say, "Buyer beware " Be prepared to have them repaired more than once. read more

Very friendly staff courteous kind. They greet you when you walk in, they check on you while you're browsing. I did not use the doctors there as I brought my own prescription however the staff double checked everything to make sure all was as it should be in my prescription and the fitting of my glasses. I drove my 83 year old Aunt 80 miles to get two pair of glasses for $99. She needed a spare in case she loses the glasses which she often does. Once we get there we find a row of ten frames which were definitely from the 70's. The tech is embarrassed to even show the glasses. My Aunt feels cheated but buys one pair of the more expensive frames for $99 which she could have gotten in her home town. They had the glasses ready in two hours which was not a problem but again false advertising as they claim that they will be ready in an hour. The employees were helpful and even came to the car to make sure that they glasses fit so that my Aunt would not have to get out of the car. The problem is not the employees but the false ads of the company. Buyer beware. read more

Like others I had great customer service. Nice clean optical clinic. Nice, knowledgeable, friendly staff. However they advertise (2 pairs of no-line bifocals for $99.00) That was not my experience. I did get one pair of very attractive glasses, but that one pair was $189.00. (I was told it was because my RX was too high). I plan to look on line & at Wal Mart to try to find a reasonable place to get my 2nd spare pair from. read more
