Kevin was one of the first to offer to help, providing his website and even DMing me immediately. I got a flood of comments but chose to give Kevin a call first. This was the best decision I could have made. Kevin was extremely forthcoming, friendly and unbelievable helpful. He took the time to talk with me and even offered to go to my condo asap to look at the damage. He went over the same day and called me immediately with his thoughts and advice. I never felt pressured to work with him or that he was rushing me to make a decision. In fact, it was just the opposite. He told me I could call him anytime and ask him any questions I had even if I don't use him. Spoiler alert, I totally used him. A no brainer! From start to finish, Kevin came through for me. He showed up on time, his crew was respectful of my property, he communicated every step of the way, took photos, and even went above at beyond by being the middle man for me with my adjustor and insurance company. I was super stressed at the beginning of this journey but Kevin took all of that off my hands. Kevin and his crew completed all the needed repairs in the upstairs loft and bathroom areas that were affected and were in and out in 3 days tops. They left the house immaculate, took every precaution, and made this whole process a breeze. I can not recommend Kevin enough and will sing his praises to anyone who will listen. So unfortunately my home sewer is being shared by 5 others homes which then connects to the main city sewer. So every few years we have to clean the sewer pipe of any backup that it may cause. Basically maintain it before things go south. So what they than do is they come an jet the pipes with strong pressure water hose an after they attach their camera to make sure it's flowing smooth an there's not cracks etc going on down their. Over all about 2-3 hours of work. Which "we" meaning my jerk cheap neighbors only wants to do it in the winter freezing cold when there tends to show signs of backup or flushing issues. I rather do it 2x a year to maintain it regularly. Hey every isn't like me to avoid a problem Roto rooter has been a life saver for my block for quite some time now. Even before I moved in this has been getting serviced. I'm the only yelper who was entitled to $60 off my half I'm suppose to pay an boy oh boy the neighbor wanted a coupon too" wanted to argue bc she didn't have a coupon so yeah a good thing for me turned sour real quick. Nice lady that I'am I took the $60 off the entire balance instead of my share. (Still she was bitter) oh well one less hi I get to save. I usually am serviced by Paul which he's the OG of RotoRooter an the neighbors are comfortable with him. Me I can care less I feel like he over charges us anyway, but who am I to say. As long as it gets done. This time I dealt with Chris (Christian) I believe & this was his first time servicing this type of line. I've also paid for a custom shelf that has not been built or delivered. Despite a handful of phone calls and voicemails and 7-10 text messages, which were all previously successful in contacting the sons, I've gotten no responses since early July 2023, when in fact they had committed to completing the work by then. There were just no shows and dodged communications when trying to schedule and reschedule follow ups. There's no plan for the installation to be completed. It's completely unacceptable.

Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

We wanted the work done quickly before any mold could develop. Even though it was a Sunday, which I thought might make things difficult, the owner, Eddie, came out right away. After meeting him, I decided to move forward with their company. They immediately began a full drying process in all the affected areas. After three days, they confirmed everything was completely dry through testing and then proceeded with the repairs. The entire process was completed much faster than I expected. Thanks to Eddie, everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate the quality of work and service I received. As an adjuster he gets you the money from the insurance company that will cover your losses. But as a person of relaying information to you from the insurance company, he is a disaster . Had a fit in the Kitchen in Jan. 1021. Has a lot of smoke damage in which most of the contents of the house were emptied into a pod in the driveway. The pod needed a permit in which it was Larry's job as a Public Adjuster to advise the home owner to apply for a permit with the town. Larry M. did not do this. Blamed everyone for not acquiring the permit. Subsaquintly I was issued a summons on the pod which I fortunately had dismissed. The real resulting problem came right after this. I had to start repairing and replacing damaged items from the fire. With most of my belongings in the pod, it would have been a simple task. Had to replace carpeting with hard wood floors and to paint the entire house. The Insurance company adjuster told Larry M. that, because there were no permits issued on the pod, that the contents either had to be removed and placed into storage, or removed and placed into two rooms of my house. That is not how this wend down. I was told by Larry M. I had to get permits for the work to be completed on the house, which is a big lie, because there was no structural damage, and no plumbing or electrical work. Larry M. also stated to me that the contents had to be placed back into the house. I had no choice with the information relayed to me by Larry M. but to put the contents back into the 2 rooms. NEVER let Larry M. relay information to you. Get it directly from the horses mouth. This cost me months in which I could not start repairs. Now the contents has to be taken out by a contracted mover and placed into storage. The insurance company knows the truth as to what transpired and is paying for the removal and storage while the repairs are being done. Pictures of wall to wall boxes and furniture should be visible. I DO NOT recommend Larry M. to anyone attempting to hire a public adjuster from Anton Adjusting.

Worst Ordeal - Stay away from this company. They are crooks. After agreeing to pay over $350 to clean my 4 carpets, they showed up (late) and increased the bill to $1700. Their mgr agreed to honor the original price but my rugs came back: 1. not on time, 2. stained orange, 3. dirty, 4. full of sand, 5. torn, and 6. two were completely destroyed. They are thieves. Their mgrs. and HQ will not return calls. Their ins co had the nerve to say we gave them the rugs in that condition. Don't waste your time, money or energy on this company. How they pay their employees: "that depends on you! You are paid the greater of your earned commission or the guaranteed hourly rate of pay (varies by location). Our competitive, commission-based plan allows you to earn more through add-on sales at the homes of residential customers.... Incentives are earned based on the "Inside Ticket Average."" How about pay your employees a fair salary so they don't have to scam the customers? BTW, there is no mention in the career ops that they perform background checks on the people entering your home. As for their satisfaction guarantee: "We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern or even completely re-cleaning the area in question. In the end, we're not satisfied until you are." What BS. I asked the mgrs. to come and look at what their employees did to the carpets and they all refused to come out. The pickup guys lost out on a commission they thought they were entitled to receive from me and they took it out on my rugs and their mgmt. could care less. In the beginning we just wanted the rugs fixed and cleaned but they never even offered to see what their employees did to us. There was no attempt at customer satisfaction nor resolve of this issue. They are crooks and what they did to my rugs was criminal. read more

I agree I worked for that horrible and unprofessional company...... the owner is a cheating drunk and his wife doesnt even speak english very well and she's answering the phones,,.. Its suppose to be a professional work space but its the total opposite the two sons that are suppose to be mangers but there never there to manage anything.......... I left them some time ago about a year now but they havent changed they lie to get you in and then take money out of your checks and if you catch them, they say its pay-roll. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E is all I can say without cursing. We called them up for a simple job. Steam cleaning 2 carpets and they made a tremendous mess. The guys who showed up to my house were stoned and completely unprofessional. The entire time they were there they were talking about completely inappropriate things and IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN NO LESS!! never again. I know this business is a chain but i think that the owner I spoke to is either a falling down drunk or mildly retarded because he speaks like an imbecile and has NO ATTENTION SPAN whatsoever. read more
