New to the area, we wanted to shop local, so went in and spoke with Racheal on a mid morning on a Thursday, let her know the situation she helped me find a remnant carpet hoping it would be enough so material wouldn't have to be ordered which she did state could take 7-10 days. Wound up scheduling estimate AND taking measurements later that afternoon, contacted me immediately with price, and confirmed she could have installation completed that Saturday morning prior to the moving company delivering the rest of our furniture. Not only was she extremely accommodating, she was extremely understandable and friendly. Not only were we happy to know we were able to get the steps fully carpeted with the actual remnant, but even had a bit left over that was made into an entryway carpet which is now the favorite spot for our Greyhound Yeti. Outstanding job on the install, extremely professional, quick, clean and an amazing job! Thank you for helping the "New Mantua" Residents to the neighborhood by providing such amazing service. We would have no issue recommending or using you guys in the future. Thanks so much again!

I thought this company would accommodate since I did my whole house carpet cleaned as well on a different date. The manager named Ed kept trying to convince me to get a service plan meaning more money out my pocket instead of helping a returning customer. He got upset and loud over the phone because I refused. He also mention to change my vent hood for free if I pay for another cleaning, then change once I almost agreed to it. Not professional from Ed The service tech name Mike is great and knowledgeable I'm not sure if I would return I also wanted to book a furnace vent cleaning but he was so animated about the issue. FastPro came to us at a very challenging time - after a house fire. The contractors they brought…read morein did quick and fantastic work, and we would definitely use again. Only issues were some poor communication at the start of cleanup, the most emotional time of the process for us; and some billing problems at the end - we had the help of a public adjuster, but it's important to keep good records. Our first time with anything like this, relatively small, thank God, we had a LOT to learn. If it's your first time, too, be prepared for it to be a LONG process, even if it was a relatively small disaster. Our adjuster warned us that it could take 4-6 months. For us, work was all but complete in a little over 2 months - last job finished 6 mos after fire following 3 month pause for insurance supplement to come through and holidays. Took 2 weeks for for adjuster and insurance to coordinate inspection, insurance company to release settlement funds, and crew to get in to start cleanup. Keep in mind, this was FAST - it usually takes longer. And last billing issue was not resolved until 7 months out. After the bumpy start, staff from FastPro and subcontractors were kind, helpful, and most importantly got the job done well and in a reasonable time frame and they did a very thorough job!

For starters, the 2 of them spent the entire first hour in my kitchen, which is incredibly small. As a result, it felt like they rushed through the rest of my apartment. However it soon became apparent that they didn't move the furniture when cleaning the floors, dusted around things, and really just kind of half-assed it. It was nice to have someone else do the cleaning, but I thought I was getting a my place professionally cleaned. I'm not thrilled to have paid for a job that I could have easily done myself.
