An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

Only issues were some poor communication at the start of cleanup, the most emotional time of the process for us; and some billing problems at the end - we had the help of a public adjuster, but it's important to keep good records. Our first time with anything like this, relatively small, thank God, we had a LOT to learn. If it's your first time, too, be prepared for it to be a LONG process, even if it was a relatively small disaster. Our adjuster warned us that it could take 4-6 months. For us, work was all but complete in a little over 2 months - last job finished 6 mos after fire following 3 month pause for insurance supplement to come through and holidays. Took 2 weeks for for adjuster and insurance to coordinate inspection, insurance company to release settlement funds, and crew to get in to start cleanup. Keep in mind, this was FAST - it usually takes longer. And last billing issue was not resolved until 7 months out. After the bumpy start, staff from FastPro and subcontractors were kind, helpful, and most importantly got the job done well and in a reasonable time frame and they did a very thorough job!

I was having work done on two bathrooms and two other rooms, the communication and professionalism of Nick and his team was fantastic. They were so easy to work with. The quote of the bid was on point, the quality of work the craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The renovation was complete and they were meticulous at the end of every day to leave the job site cleaned up. Renovation can be very stressful, but the support of an excellent team can make all the difference. FastPro cares about people first and foremost. i highly recommend them.

**WARNING- TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.**…read more I paid All Budget Roofing nearly $5,000 to repair a roof leak. A little over a year later, the exact same leak returned. When I contacted the company, I was told the repair was out of warranty, and they refused to come back to inspect or address the problem. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a lasting repair and at least a willingness to stand behind the work. Instead, I am left with the same leak, thousands of dollars out of pocket, and no meaningful customer service. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding All Budget Roofing and hiring a company that stands behind its workmanship and responds when there is a problem.

Sunday am call us again to say they are coming and you can probably guess they did not in fact show. We have begun the process of filing small claim. I will also contact their insurance carrier listed on business license. Update 9/6/22 woke up today to an entirely new leak on other side of house. Somehow they made the roof worse than when they were hired. Truly a nightmare!! This company is full on con artists w no clue how to fix a roof ,obviously. They have not offered me a penny back. When given the opportunity to fix the first leak, they just never showed up sat or Sunday when promised. Austin called us ten days later, after I left 1st review update, in an attempt to say they tried to fix it. Only a complete moron would let them near their property again after seeing this. I definitely didn't have $4000 to throw away. Now I need an actual new roof. This is sickening

They were priced in the middle, but I could tell they had far more experience than the lesser option and it seemed like they would provide a professional and very clean look. Based off conversations and other reviews, it appears they use subcontractors which I imagine keep costs lower. The quote/proposal has a decent amount of information, I'd probably say a little better than the average of the 7 quotes so that's always a plus for the customer. Company representative was kind, responsive and helpful at the beginning however after providing the original proposal, additional documentation was offered to be provided to help with the process from the company/representative and for whatever reason that seemed to be the big issue. Each week for about a month, certain documentation which the representative voluntarily offered to provide was promised to be provided and each week it was never received and the same apology for being busy was given. It's understandable that people are busy/have outside factors going on in life but why promise to provide something and then give a reason to why it didn't happen for each week going on 3+ weeks. After checking in on the paperwork not being received and wondering when it's going to happen, the representative got very irritated along with some interesting words but basically said good luck and moved on. I'd say more but the representative seemed pretty unhinged so I'll leave it at that and let you decide for yourself. Can't speak for the type of work done, however the experience was strange but on the positive side the price was competitive for sure.
