Our appointment was for 9:00 AM and the technician did not show up until after 9:40 and didn't even call until 9:30 to say he was running late. In the meantime we were frantically calling Fresh Start, (on hold for 15 minutes) sending emails, replying to Arts email that said they'd be here at 9:00 on Jan 3. And after spending $200 on our carpet cleaning you can still see the high traffic areas around our couch. It looked better before they steam cleaned it. Soooo disappointing and waste of my hard earned money. I would have been better off renting a machine and doing it myself.

I called this company back to cancel the appointment and found another company who can come on the 1st. The other company didn't show up so I call this company back to check on their earliest availability. Someone from this company returned my call but they sounds hostile. They saved my name and my number to their phone and they make me feel bad for cancelling the service before. Even though I cancelled gave them a proper notice, more than 24 hours in advance. They need to understand that things happen beyond our control and we should try our best to make things better. Not being bitter and being unprofessional about it.

For starters, the 2 of them spent the entire first hour in my kitchen, which is incredibly small. As a result, it felt like they rushed through the rest of my apartment. When they left I looked, and at a glance it looks like they did great work. However it soon became apparent that they didn't move the furniture when cleaning the floors, dusted around things, and really just kind of half-assed it. It was nice to have someone else do the cleaning, but I thought I was getting a my place professionally cleaned. I'm not thrilled to have paid for a job that I could have easily done myself.

My dog is WELL BEHAVED and barely looked in his direction. Called the company and the manager did not see that considered as a threat after reviewing the video footage. She called me back stating the man has dogs of his own. Maybe little pomskis but when you rearrange my furniture to not walk directly past my dog, that doesn't seem like a dog owner. Steer clear of this company and having their janitors in your homes, especially unattended. They cannot be trusted and the manager will do nothing about it. I will not stop until the company understands that they should screen their employees and sees how wrong this is!!!!
