We purchased a groupon and it was a terrible mistake. You definitely get what you pay for. I called to schedule and they were very slow once they realized I had a groupon. They told me the location wasn't convenient. I live in Marlton, I finally got on their schedule and was waiting for them to arrive and they called me to confirm my appointment for the next day. I know for a fact my appointment was on Thursday between 3p-5pm. So they called me at 3:15pm and say, We are confirming your appointment for tomorrow between 12-2pm. I think they realized they couldn't make the appointment and made it seem like the appointment is for the next day. Very unprofessional. I will take a hit on my stupid groupon because I don't want these people in my house. read more

We had our carpets cleaned by Xtreme Clean (Cherry Hill NJ). I am very surprised by the reviews on Yelp. We DIDNOT use a groupon or other discount service. There really isn't a reason to look for a discount, the prices are so REASONABLE. Aaron was our specialist and he did my living room, (2) bedrooms and 12 basement steps. We were called the night before to confirm the time, and Aaron showed up on time and ready to work. Our rugs are fairly old, and they now look AMAZING. I have used Frank's guys a fair number of times for clients, myself and my mother-in-law thought they did a great job. Their carpet cleaning prices are very fair, uhpholstery cleaning a bit high but I don't have anything to compare it to. Had a giantic sectional cleaned and re-scotch gaurded for $175. The cleaning was well done and very thorough. The person doing the cleaning was courteous and did a great job. The carpets look great! I would NEVER use this company again. My wife scheduled an appointment with them to clean our carpets on Saturday. We live on Ft. Dix, so she asked if they are able to get on post because we have ordered services from other companies and they were unable to. They assured us that they will have no problem getting on base, but will make us the first appointment in case getting on takes a little longer. They told us they would be at the house between 8am-930am, and they would give us a call if they had any problem. Around 9:40am we had yet to receive a call, so my wife called them to get an ETA. They tell us they are having trouble getting on base and are not sure where to go. This was frustrating because they assured us when we made the appointment that they come on post all of the time. If you come on all the time how can you not know where to go? They said they went to a gate and were told they need a pass (of course you need a pass, how could you not know that?). They asked if we could meet them. My wife instructed them to go to the visitors center on the McGuire side. They said they didn't know where that was and wanted my wife to give them directions. We sent them the address and told them to put it in their GPS. They told my wife they would try to get a pass but they only had 14 minutes to get to another job so may need to reschedule. At this point my wife and I were upset and told them to just cancel the appointment and we will figure something out later. They ended up going to the commercial entrance to get a pass, mind you we told them to cancel the appointment. The security officer called us and asked if we ordered carpet cleaning services. I told them that we canceled it and to not let them on base. The officer relayed that message and the company called my wife. I answered and they said they are trying to get a pass. I told them we canceled the service, they wasted 2 hours of our day and we will not be using them in the future. He proceeded to tell me that they wasted 2 hours of their time too and it was not their fault they could not get on base. He said he tried to call us several times but we did not answer (we did not have any missed calls or messages from him). I told him that we do not appreciate being lied to and he claimed he did not lie. We went back and forth several times with him arguing that they never lied to us, saying that they normally can get on base. He was extremely unprofessional and I would NEVER use this company. They are unprofessional and disrespectful and you should not give them your business. If they would have been upfront from the beginning we could have worked with them but they decided to be deceitful instead. read more

Looks like I'm the latest victim with this guy. He's shady. Bought a LivingSocial deal, made an appointment. He rescheduled the first appointment. Fine, no problem. He was a no show to the second appointment, Claimed his driver was trying to call out sick. I found out two hours after he was supposed to have shown up. He has yet to call me back to reschedule. I just went into my LivingSocial account and somehow the voucher is marked as used yet I never gave him my voucher number. Buyer beware. read more

I purchased a Groupon and that was such a mistake! I had looked up reviews and saw a bunch of good ones listed for this company. Well I was wrong. Horrible customer service! Any time I called it took a few days for them to get back to me. Then I would try to schedule an appointment and I got a bunch of excuses. First we are busy, then we schedule by zip code?, I have a bunch of machines in the shop getting repaired. Then he would say let me check my schedule and get back to you. I am confused you want the business and advertise on Groupon and then blow off the customer when they try to schedule. I called 4 times and gave up. **WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING A LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHER!** The living social deal states a radius of 20-25 miles from Cherry Hill, ALONG with the zip codes for the areas they will service. My zip code (which is in PA) was one of them, so I decided to purchase the deal. When I reached out to set up an appointment and mentioned the living social voucher, I was told that the voucher should not be up anymore, and that the amount "isn't worth the drive over the bridge" for them. And therefore, they will not honor it. I have been on the phone with living social all day trying to get a refund. They stated when they reached out to this company, they were hung up on. Even with all of that information, they still only want to give me "deal bucks" instead of refunding my credit card. This is totally out of my hands, and a dispute between these two companies and they are trying to make their customers suffer for it. Word to the wise - don't do it, it isn't worth the hassle!!! read more
