So my wife said she wanted to try someone local and contacted Tom from Restore Cleaning Solutions. From the minute she called Tom she knew she was in for amazing customer service. He was so attentive on the phone, and was actually able to come out within a few days to get the job done. When Tom arrived he explained exactly what procedure he was going to take. He then proceeded to do an incredible job. The carpets looked amazing when he was done, I never thought they could look that good again. My wife also was having issues with iron stains in our shower. She asked Tom if he had any tips for how to clean that, because she was never able to get rid of the heavy stain. Tom stopped everything he was doing, went and got a product out of his truck and then showed my wife how to use it. Next thing you know, a shower that had been stained for years was sparkling clean. Tom didn't even charge for that extra request, and seemed more than happy to help. When Tom was done, he left the house immaculate! My wife and I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, some good some bad. Tom falls into the rare category of A++ when it comes to dealing with a contractor that owns his business. He truly cares and seems to really enjoy what he does. In addition to all the other positives, Tom's rates are very reasonable. My dog is WELL BEHAVED and barely looked in his direction. Called the company and the manager did not see that considered as a threat after reviewing the video footage. She called me back stating the man has dogs of his own. Maybe little pomskis but when you rearrange my furniture to not walk directly past my dog, that doesn't seem like a dog owner. Steer clear of this company and having their janitors in your homes, especially unattended. They cannot be trusted and the manager will do nothing about it. The manager named Ed kept trying to convince me to get a service plan meaning more money out my pocket instead of helping a returning customer.He got upset and loud over the phone because I refused. He also mention to change my vent hood for free if I pay for another cleaning,then change once I almost agreed to it. Unfortunately after notifying my old roommate, they need more time to pack up and they can't empty the room on the 31st. I called this company back to cancel the appointment and found another company who can come on the 1st. The other company didn't show up so I call this company back to check on their earliest availability. Someone from this company returned my call but they sounds hostile. They saved my name and my number to their phone and they make me feel bad for cancelling the service before. Even though I cancelled gave them a proper notice, more than 24 hours in advance. They need to understand that things happen beyond our control and we should try our best to make things better. Not being bitter and being unprofessional about it.
