I cannot praise the job they did highly enough. Roberto and the team arrived promptly and did an AMAZING JOB! They pulled up the bricks along the whole perimeter of the patio, leveled and compacted underneath, re-layed the bricks, weeded, cleaned up and put in polymeric sand to prevent new weed growth. Not only they installed the water heater, they also accompanied me to haul the water heater from Home Depot and installed it the same day. He also did stuff that the previous installer did not do like sealing some tubes, etc. They gave me the best price among all those who replied. The next time I hired them was because of the clogged kitchen sink. Unlike others, they did not stop until they resolved the issue to the point that they had to cancel their other appointments on that day. They had to dig and replace a very old sewer tube. They did this step by step. The best thing is that with all the efforts and time they did, they reasonably charged for their work. In all their dealings with me, they have always been professional and on time. These are really nice, honest, and helpful people. Just today, I recommended them to a friend.

I'm going to start this off with positive vibes. Mike Gallagher was very nice and prompt with…read morereturning calls. He came right out to give us a quote, which was a very reasonable quote. But the whole process which has been going on for over a month now has been terrible. Our wall was falling and the steps were separating from the wall. So we decided to finally get them redone. We had steps and a stone wall. We met with Mike and he gave us options of material for the wall. We picked bricks and of course they weren't in stock so we asked to wait for them to be in stock rather than picking new ones. Mike was fine with that. Him and his crew started with the demo. They learned that our original wall didn't have a footer so he had to add a footer to the price. Okay. Not a problem. Paid a deposit via his website which was easy. He started to do the steps. Looking at them they were uneven and crooked. Mike claimed they weren't done and then decided he wanted to bull nose the steps. Instead of demoing the steps completely, he chipped up the first layer and added new concrete to add the bull nose and level them out. They look absolutely horrible. They are two different colors. Not smooth and still uneven. Might i also add that they claimed steps are their specialty. The wall looked nice when they were done with it. But the more you look at it you began to notice small things that made you say, hmmm... The new wall was smaller than our original wall. And one side was shorter than our original wall. Okay. Whatever. There also was only one or two mesh areas for water to drain. Paid him in full PLUS a nice tip. Thought, okay. Whatever. We'll fix the steps next yr. But after our first rain storm issues began to arrise. We noticed that one of the caps on the wall was cracked. Which then soon broke. We also noticed that the caps are NOT secured. We could lift just about every one. Now we're very annoyed. Mike comes back to fix everything. But he managed to make it look worse. The cracked one was never fixed (as of 10/4.) The mortar that he used was just plopped ontop of the bricks and not cleaned up or smoothed out. There are holes between my caps and bricks. We legit can see through it. They are lifted and just look terrible! There is mortar pouring over the sides. The caps aren't straight anymore either. They are shifted when they used to be at least pretty straight. Not to mention the mess they left. Dirt everywhere. Cement all over my driveway that we are now having to chip up and power wash everything. I was so excited to improve the outside of my house and now it looks worse than before. I do not recommend Gallagher Masonry unless you don't care about things being straight, done well and cleaned up.

Anthony and his team are one of the few contractors I've hired over the years that has been incredibly responsive, accomodating, and always on time. He communicated well, and he or his team were always on site within 15 minutes of stated arrival. When he couldn't fit the large job in his schedule in the next 2-3 weeks, he volunteered to come out and paint our nursery that weekend on his own time so that we could get that room situated before the arrival of our baby. The crews were clean, great with our animals, and were easy to work with (and around). All for a very reasonable price. Seriosly, stop looking at more reviews and just call.

He came back to us that same day with a fair quote and was very responsive and friendly with the several follow-up questions we asked in the next days. His brother Dominic and other employee, Blake, were the ones that actually did the work in our home over the course of 9 days. They started by removing some wall paper and then spent numerous hours filling countless holes and cracks in our walls and ceilings. They tried to seal off the areas they were working in in order to minimize the dust as much as possible. They were very diligent at filling all the cracks and holes and smoothing them out so that they were no longer visible. They did several ceilings, a few bedrooms, trim, a living room, kitchen, and hallways, including two staircases. We actually added to the scope of work a couple of times and they were very accommodating. As we were working from home the entire time they were doing the job, we saw first hand how hard they worked throughout the day. They even came back for an extra couple of hours one day to make sure a blemish was fixed. They really went the extra mile, giving it their all and the results showed. We are very happy with how everything turned out! On top of a great outcome, it was a pleasure having them in our home. They were very respectful and friendly, and did a better job of cleaning up at the end of each day than any other contractors we have had in our home. This was great because the weather was warmer here for just a few days and he came during this timeframe. Martin and his coworker were efficient and he uses a long hose to clear my downspouts as well as a blower to get the excess leaves out of the gutter. Just blowing the leaves out could still have clogged gutters so I really like that Martin checks and clears clogged downspouts with the hose/water flow! The service is thorough and the price is a great value for the provided service. I've used his service multiple times and will continue to do so twice a year to ensure my gutters are clear and water is flowing.
