After much frustration with the company, we asked that they switch us to Belfor. They immediately responded and were on-site within 24 hours. The three-person team that was assigned to do the work in our home was professional, personable and answered any and all of our questions. The work they did was done with precision and minimally disruptive to our family. They went above and beyond and left their work areas cleaner than it was before. We cannot recommend too highly. We would use them again in a heartbeat. We were told that they are under new leadership and that may help explain previous negative reviews. The best!

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. $19,000 later, I've been scammed.
