It ended up just to have them keep changing cleaner again but I was giving them a chance even after all the horrible stories I heard from the cleaners about the company. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. I received a text message saying their cleaners had arrived at the property, but when we got there (after traveling from out of state), the house was in filthy condition -- dusty floors, dirty bathrooms, grimy surfaces. They didn't lift a finger. It was exactly as the previous owners had left it. They charged us for a job they never even attempted to do, and now they've completely ghosted me. No calls, no texts, no emails. Just silence after taking our money. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. I'm 7.5 months pregnant, exhausted, and part of a military family trying to settle into a new home. We trusted this company to help during a vulnerable time -- instead, they took advantage of us and left us with an uncleaned house and zero accountability. I have photo evidence of the state of the home and the text message they sent claiming the job was done. This company is not just lazy -- they are deceitful. They knowingly scammed a pregnant woman and a military family, and clearly thought they could get away with it. If you're even considering using this company, don't. The inspection came back that the roof wasn't properly sealed and need to corrections in several areas. I emailed them, called them and left voicemails asking them to help resolve this issue. They IGNORED me. Never received one follow-up after asking them to look into their work. I ended up having to repay again to fix their work to close on the property. Highly suggest avoiding them. Communication is solid until they take your money, work proved to be subpar after inspection.

One of their workers admitted the wrong shinglesx were used on our flashing? EZ Roof kept blaming our house: poor siding or windows. But we lived here 4 years before their new roof with not one leak ever. We paid a lot of money for painters to come repaint and Caulk everything possible. It helped but something was not installed correctly for almost all of our dormers to leak.
