Floor Medic was able to get out 95% of the stains...and there were many, with just a couple being too stubborn as they have been there for a while. We have a relatively new home, it was a spec home that sat unoccupied for a year, much to our surprise, the carpeted rooms areas were sagging. What's this all about? Never have we seen carpet in previous homes needing to be stretched. I was darn nervous, we have a King, split sleep number bed, furniture galore. Not to worry. They have the equipment.
