Furniture had been covered with plastic and duct taped to the floor since Hurricane Sally in Sept 2020. Drywall had been repaired. The plastic covers, the floors, and every surface, door, cupboard, and ledge were covered with drywall dust and more recently dust from the Tile removal process. The cleaning project was overwhelming to me. I called on a Friday and spoke with Frankie. She listened, checked with her Supervisor, and got back to me quickly with a schedule. On Tuesday morning, a team of 4 professional, energetic ladies arrived at my door with all of the equipment they would need. Jennifer, Susie, Kinya, and Tamia were confident and courteous. They welcomed my ideas, my lists, they asked questions, and rolled up their sleeves. This ServPro team eliminated the stress I was feeling and my worries about being ready for painters, followed by a new floor installation. They removed tile dust and chunks from underneath base boards. They washed every cupboard, door, drawer, and appliance. We had an ice maker line burst in the wall behind our refrigerator that caused a bedroom to flood, so we had to make an after hours call to Servpro. I was eventually connected to Matt. He was extremely helpful in the explanation of their services and rough costs as well. we decided to take the proverbial plunge and let them go to work. Matt and Virgil came out first thing the next day and pulled up carpet, took out carpet pad, removed base boards and drilled holes to allow for air circulation. I am a contractor and do this stuff everyday and I was HIGHLY impressed with how fast the got this problem under control. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Their mitigation team is amazing. We had a water leak in our home that required almost all of the flooring to be removed along with all of our furniture and even kitchen cabinets. ServPro came in and could not have been more professional. James and his team (Andrew, Triston & Virgil) did an amazing job of assessing the problem, moving pretty much all that I own to a secure, flood free location and clearly explained the situation every step of the way. We had a water damage at my house last month. I was unsure of what to do so I called my insurance agent. Servpro came out immediately and began removing the water.
