Furniture of this caliber was in our community. Not to throw shade on any of the other local companies. Granted the carpet in this house is old in the upstairs but I decided to try something with my personal carpet cleaning machine and I learned a lesson. I cleaned a rug that was getting some traction so I decided to run the cleaner across the upstairs in one room and the water that came out looked like chocolate milk. I was a little shocked to say the least since it was just cleaned and there had been no traffic. My recommendation is to purchase your own cleaner and do it yourself and I am finding this to be true with many of the projects and requests I have recently had since moving into another home.

I was informed that the first cleaner was new and probably mixed the solution too strong or used too much. They said all their training was done virtually. I asked them to pay someone with better equipment to clean it but they refused. They offered to refund partial payment which would leave me to clean up their mistake which could be costly. It is concerning that the problem occurred but also that they were unable to correct it. This has been time consuming, frustrating and concerning for my health.
