They came with a uhaul truck and no pads, mattress boxes, or mattress bags. (Ended up leaving with the mattress bags the customer ran out and bought) furniture nearly hit the wall above the door jam, a desk was destroyed, and a foot knocked off a couch leaving an exposed screw which they scratched the heck out of the floor with. (Knowing they had done it and said nothing) Most of the crew were kind and half of them efficient (one person sat complaining with a negative attitude the whole time) there were a lot of slips and I was fearful of my items and the people themselves being harmed because they did not seem to know how to lift and carry (Especially on stairs and at corners) I can only recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere.

I purchased flooring in September 2021. I used one of their recommended contractors to put the…read moreflooring down. I replaced the flooring throughout my entire 4 bedroom home. At first I would have gave them a 4 star rating but after my flooring in my kitchen has started coming apart and I have been calling asking about the warranty on the flooring and the install I have got the run around. I have been calling every week since August 22, 2024 asking for my flooring in my kitchen to be repaired. The flooring is coming apart at the seems and a few pieces of the flooring is peeling. I have 2 boxes of the flooring that can be used to do the repairs. The manager states that she has called the guy who installed my floors every time I call but he has yet to reach out to me. I have called 7 times. 5 times I spoke to the manager and twice I had to leave a message, my call was not returned either time. I also sent an email through their web site on September 17th with no response as of yet. I feel that my flooring, which I spent a lot of money on, should last more than 3 years. I feel like I have been ignored about my issue. I did not list the managers name or the contractor who put my flooring down because I still have faith in my fellow human beings that the flooring in my kitchen will be repaired.
