However, we almost got out of the market because we could not find reliable help. There is this national brand that promised hotel clean.on a Schedule that would keep us rolling but what we got was unreliability and no specific person to speak with about our account. We almost got out of the market but my wife found a locally owned and run business called on-call detail cleaning. The owner personally handled our call and our account anytime there was a question. As the name says they are on call 24 seven. And unlike our housekeeper, they are set up to completely deep clean vacation rentals in between each guest turn sure high ratings as host, great reviews, and a service that we have come to rely upon and trust. I can't believe we ever thought about getting out of the market because it's so lucrative, but like I said without a good team that you can depend and trust.,... it would've been almost impossible. This has been a great passive income and all thanks to our super reliable super flexible ultra professional team at on call detail cleaning. Unlike the national brand that promises top-notch service and leaves you on hold with a different person each time to handle your account Dammita handles all her accounts personally I've never been on hold once, and I've never been told that they couldn't meet a cleaning schedule with absolutely even know advance. With a team like that we are in the short term vacation rentals with Houses we are just simply had for rent and we make in a weekend what we did in an entire month. I told…read morehim that I just moved into the house and that I didn't know if the dresser was going to stay where it was and asked him if I moved it would the carpet look the same as that just having been cleaned. "No," he told me. He said he'd bring the equipment back in and clean under it an put it up on foam blocks. I also asked him to do the same with 2 pieces of light furniture in the other room he cleaned. I just went into both rooms and the carpet in front of these 3 pieces is damp but completely dry underneath all 3. This means that all he did was put them up on these foam blocks. So what happens if I want to move that dresser or the other two pieces?
