On the day of the cleaning, She stayed in touch through the day to update me on the time as the weather that day was making getting around very tough! Alicia came alone and got right to work, from my 3rd floor down to my 1st. She moved quickly but was relatively thorough as she cleaned her way through the 2005 sq feet. I opted to stay home for the cleaning, as the weather was just plain bad, and I had some paperwork to struggle through. I generally stayed out of Alicia's way during the cleaning to give her space, but whenever we did interact, she was really pleasant. I love having the house this clean. It's just a better feeling or around I'll surely be heading her back in the future, and I recommend you as well. I tried repeatedly to convey that that was not the case, but they didn't have sufficient communication skills to understand that.
