So... they did not show up. So nice- like I can find a service to clean my house 4 days before Christmas. Owner says I have cancelled them before- I've had to change dates at times but never have I cancelled them 1.5 hours before they are due to arrive to clean. No integrity at all - they should not be in business. Who does that- leaving clients in a lurch 4 days before Christmas!

I went ahead and ordered another deep cleaning for my office. I paid $350 for a deep cleaning of my 3200 sq. Ft. home. Keep in mind I have 7 children and a wife living in the house so it was worth every penny. My takeaway: spend the money and don't complain because no one wants to do this type of work and when someone does it right don't be a cheapskate about it. She was in a hurry to set up an appointment, so we set up a day for her to come. When she arrived, she brought a man with her. They both seemed very nice but had not taken their Covid vaccines. This was important to me because I am not well and should not be around someone who is not vaccinated. I was not expecting two people to come, and I was very surprised as I honestly don't like to have men come in and clean my house. I cannot give them a bad review because they did not work for me, but less of a perfect review for not quite being honest. Being straight up front and honest is extremely important to me. I liked them during the interview, but there was just something that made me hesitate.
