These guys are fantastic! At age 75 I have experienced many moving companies during my lifetime. Some were so-so and others were unmitigated disasters. Moving with Marshall's company was near on to perfect. Using a software program they gave me an estimate. They were so diligent and efficient that they ended up charging me only 2/3 of what the computer said it should cost. I love supporting a young man who is building a business from the ground up. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company is superior to all moving experiences I have ever had. The crew was incredibly thoughtful throughout the loading and off loading, treating my belongings as if it were their own. They stayed in touch as they traveled the 2 1/2 day trip, reassuring me all was well. The office helped with the paperwork and made this so easy! I hate to move. I hate to think about moving. Then Sam and LB showed up on time and got after it. I simply pointed out the heaviest, most awkward crap in the world and told them where I wanted it. Then I kicked back and drank coffee while my wife harassed them with a million questions about their families and personal lives. They kept her entertained and my back feels great! Very professional and understanding of everyone's specific situation. As long as you communicate with them, your move will go smooth. I had to change my pack and move date somewhere around 6 or 7 times, they were very helpful and essentially kept the stress of my move down knowing they would be there especially after having had surgery and not able to move around too much without needing to rest. read more
