Unfortunately, he had car trouble on the drive up from CA, and wasn't able to get into town to pick up the rental at the appointed time. I called the office to see what our options were and was fortunate to have the Regional Manager, Amanda, answer the phone. I explained our situation and she was extremely friendly and helpful in providing a solution at no extra cost. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated her assistance! When my son finally made it to town, the rental was waiting for him. The whole process was very smooth and we highly recommend them!

This is not the kind of place that values customer service or long-term relationships with its clients. They are happy to bend their own policies when it benefits them, but when it comes to charging customers, they hide behind those same policies to justify unnecessary fees. Mistakes happen, and good businesses use them as opportunities to build trust. Unfortunately, this company chose the opposite approach. For EWU parents and students in particular, we suggest looking elsewhere. This business does not cater to college students or their families, and you'll be better served by a storage company that understands your needs and treats you with fairness and respect.

Super frustrated that we signed paperwork stating that we had vacated and wanted…read moreto end our rental (and of course were one or two days past when we wouldn't have had to pay another month), paid for the extra month without complaint, were told that we "just make sure our stuff is out before the end of the contract period" and would be good to go and were still charged several months more. I was told that we were charged more because the lock was still on the unit. It has been empty since the end of October. I worked for a storage company all through college and when someone signed they would be out a certain day and the lock was still on, we cut the lock. Poor customer service. Not even a partial refund for the 3 extra months of payment was offered
