They are located in a shopping center with a very busy parking lot and have 2 reserved parking spots in front of their office that they recommend parking in to avoid being towed. We both thought our visits were fine, and the eye doctor was professional and thorough. and the only thing we weren't crazy about were the fact that we felt like they tried to up-sell us on a few things. I totally get that everyone is trying to make a buck, but we just didn't love it from a medical provider.

They said it's because they weren't able to do an exam with me wearing those lenses, but I've been wearing them for 20 years and no other Dr. has had an issue with it. They might as well just come out and say, we want your money and don't care about you. Employees are nice, buy will never go to them again and I'd advise you don't go here either.

Basic customer service -- like greeting patients, answering questions respectfully, or simply being polite -- seems to be too much to expect here. I came in for an eye exam, not to be treated like an inconvenience. The front desk staff in particular were dismissive, a blond older gal showed short-tempered, and made me feel unwelcome. If this is how they treat paying patients, I won't be returning -- and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, professional care. There are plenty of optometrists who know how to treat people with decency. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Since my exam I have reached out to this office three times to have my prescription sent over to me. I have still received nothing. When I spoke with someone the second time I reached out I told her it was relatively urgent and she reassured me I would have it the next day. And yet still nothing. I won't be returning which is unfortunate because as i mentioned I was very happy with the care from the doctor but the rest of the staff is completely unresponsive. Do your job.
