From the initial phone intake to the stunning, luxurious office, every single staff member was friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in making me feel comfortable. Jessica handled my intake and X-rays and made the entire process completely stress-free. She took the time to get to know me as an individual, asked thoughtful questions about my concerns and hopes, and was clearly knowledgeable and capable. Viviana, the practice manager, is truly an angel on earth. She radiates warmth and kindness and clearly loves what she does--it shows in every interaction. We reviewed my X-rays together, she answered every question, and we came up with a plan that was conservative, affordable, and effective. They also referred me to an oral surgeon to evaluate the scar tissue on my lip to determine whether it would resolve on its own or needed to be addressed. That level of care and foresight truly meant so much to me. I walked in terrified and resigned to the idea that I might need braces. Instead, after discussing my options, I ordered retainers. Viviana did my scans and talked me through everything so I felt completely at ease. They even put in a rush order so I wouldn't have to be uncomfortable any longer than necessary. The staff were so nice when we came into the office and welcomed us in. The wait was not long and they gave me a tour of the place so my daughter could feel at home if we decided to go with them. Dr. Levine was super knowledgeable and detailed with the consultation. He has 30 years of experience and my friend told me she went there years ago and they did such a great job with her teeth.
