Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and integrity at this office has declined dramatically in the past year and a half. Most recently, I discovered that they forged my signature on a contract I never signed. I began Invisalign treatment with them in 2024. From the beginning, their billing department was disorganized and unhelpful. I had to make multiple trips to the office just to receive a corrected contract that reflected the agreed-upon cost. I eventually signed the correct version and kept a copy for my records. Fast forward to early 2025--after I had finished paying off my Invisalign--I noticed an additional, unauthorized charge to my account. I contacted the office immediately but was given the runaround for 5 days. This should have been clarified and resolved in one phone call. Dealing with their joke of administrative, billing, etc. staff is a nightmare. When I finally spoke with the office manager, she told me their records showed a different contract with higher payment terms. I requested a copy, and to my shock, the document she sent had a forged version of my signature, printed name, and date. I immediately went to the office to address this in person. When I presented the original, accurate contract that I had signed, the office manager had no explanation. She admitted that the forged version was the only one in their system. Despite this, no one from the office took responsibility or offered a resolution until I threatened with legal action. No apology, no ownership, no follow-up from Dr. Narendra or the ownership. This is not just a billing error--it's fraud. Aside from this major issue, the office frequently cancels appointments with minimal notice and falsely claims to have contacted patients. Patients deserve to be treated with honesty and respect. I strongly encourage anyone who has done business with this office to review their documentation carefully. If they did this to me, I can't help but wonder how many other records they've tampered with. Avoid this office at all costs.

He was very professional and thorough with my exam. Unfortunately, I needed to be referred to a periodontist which Dr. August referred me to a great one nearby. I opted to get an implant which Dr. August did right there in his office when the time came. I actually have a regular dentist but I decided to go to Highland Dental because I wanted a second opinion about a root canal. I already knew about them because my sons go here, and we always have a good experience. They were able to see me the same day I called, which I really appreciated because I was in a decent amount of pain. I saw Dr. Khanna and she is probably the gentlest dentist I have ever encountered. She was knowledgeable and kind, and explained everything in a detailed way. In the end she found no specific cause for my tooth pain, but she recommended several possible solutions which I tried, and the pain has stopped. She also referred me out to a specialist to make sure there was no tooth fracture, rather than just opting to do a root canal. I appreciated the timely and honest care that I received from Dr. Khanna. Thank you!
