If you're looking for a dentist that actually listens and cares, this is the place. I went in yesterday and was once again impressed by the office environment and the quality of care I received. Rae, my hygienist, is the absolute best! She's efficient but takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and informed about your oral health. Dr. K is very thorough with his work. He takes his time in cleaning and follows up with the UV cleaner. Then he polishes all facets of the teeth. He is personable and very interesting to talk with. Excellent experience. Come here twice a year to get my teeth cleaned. They do a meticulous job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Some doctors are so careless with the cleaning and check up process but they are not. The office will get you quickly checked in and you will see your doctor on time so no hassle of any delays. They will start you off with X-rays to see if everything is fine. Then if all is good they will throughly clean your teeth and finish off with polishing. The final stage has Doctor Krandell cross check with the working dentist to provide a final look/analysis. All in all, would recommend for their professionalism and diligence. read more

I have had to cancel my last 2 appointments at this location. With Covid you have to be so careful if not feeling well and I don't want to get anyone sick. When calling to reschedule the representative at this dental office told me that I have rescheduled "so many times" and it "was not due to covid". I couldn't believe how rude and insensitive this was. I told her my comfort level with this going on and she has no idea the health issues my husband and I have, as he was just in the hospital. This was so insensitive and inconsiderate. Even though the dentist is good, I won't be returning. I don't want to deal with rude staff and have to fight an attitude just to schedule an appointment. I can find a decent dentist with better staff and save the headache. read more

I have been going to Dr. Krandell for years... He is a great guy and Dentist. You will always feel comfortable when you are in his office and speaking with him or a member of his staff. He is "proactive" not allowing a dental issue to become a problem and he always discusses options with the patient. I have even had other Dentist compliment his work when I was living out of state for a few years. Finally, I have recommended him to friends and co-workers and I believe they have done the same. I have been going to Dr. Krandell for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. This week I went for a routine cleaning and was paired with a really great hygienist. But as I was closing out my experience went downhill. The receptionist was very rude to me. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain a discrepancy I had. She did not assist me with my situation or even acted concerned.
