Needless to say, I was ready for a change. The experience begins quite positively on the telephone, then at the reception desk, then of course in the chair. The entire staff, especially Sarah, are amazingly friendly and efficient. They describe everything that is happening to you, and throw in some humor as well. You're made to feel like you've been accepted into their family. I had two crowns installed, and they are measured, manufactured and installed in one visit. The process is quite amazing, how they 'carve' the crown using computerized water jets. Dr Mantzouranis is truly a gem, and she's great at what she does.... Oh! I just got a notice that I'm due a tooth cleaning, guess who I'm gonna call?? :-)

They don't recommend unnecessary treatments, they are super friendly and professional. I haven't caught his name but the guy at the front desk deserves a lot of credit. He sets the tone when you arrive. Always positive and happy to see you. Hygenist Ashley, Dr Bowersox, and the Mrs Dr. Goyal are all super professional and really make you feel that you are in good hands. When you leave you work with the billing/scheduling lady and like everyone else here, she's awesome. I cannot think of one negative aspect of the three appointments I've had here so far.

I have had several repairs and replacements of fillings and have always been pleased with my results. Dr. Thompson has also helped me address my TMJ and find the best solutions that work for me. The hygienists are all wonderful and also very detailed about cleanings. The atmosphere is very calming, especially for someone who really does not like the dentist office! I have been to many dental offices in the past and this is by far the best!

Over the past 10 years I've moved around a lot and I've gone to...I think five other dentists. Family Smile Center is the only office that really stands out for being very thorough, using technology, and telling me information beyond just, "you have some cavities, and you grind your teeth." People there talked to me about oral cancer, tooth enamel, the health of my gums, TMJ, sensitivity...and the list goes on and on. The hygienist talks to you first, and then one of the doctors comes in to check and chat. The hygienists at Family Smile Center are great though, and you can tell that the doctors trust them to do a good job. The hygienists have advanced degrees in dental stuff too, so it's not like they're just some intern with a water pik. It was because of them that I FINALLY found floss that I could use on a regular basis without causing my gums to bleed. I FINALLY decreased my tooth sensitivity so I could eat cold things again. I live almost an hour away from Family Smile Center now but I still go there twice a year because they're worth the drive. They're awesome! I have a small mouth and my teeth are not great. Going to the dentist is pretty scary for me. My fear of having my throat blocked up is pretty strong. Family Smile Center is the only dentist I've gone to where I haven't panicked about that sort of thing.

I am a relately new patient and have been in the office multiple times already due to some necessary repair work. Each time I was taken care of by everyone I interacted with. And to give an example of their service, I was a very new patient when I broke one of my front teeth. I called the office at 9:30am and they said to come in at 11:30am. By 1:30pm my broken tooth was repaired and looked amazing. The atmosphere is friendly and calming. Same day repair was so appreciated. Initially there was a wait to get in as a new patient. But it was totally worth the wait.
