I have lived in the neighborhood near this dry cleaning store for about 15 years. I used them for a long time -- as a lawyer, my profession makes me likely one of the heavier users of dry cleaning services for suits, jackets, coats, shirts, pants, etc. I have had no complaints, ever. And, I am a picky person: a perfectionist. I retired in more recent years due to the covid outbreak, so my dry cleaning needs have dropped off significantly. But for all the years, and even until today, I have no complaints about the cleaning service, and the staff who are always friendly. I am surprised at the low stars ranking. I think they are easily in the 4-5 star range. I would recommend them to a friend. read more

APPALLED by what was charged for cleaning 3 garments. I should have asked but would have NEVER imagined $37 to clean a $30 dress.

I was in a pinch bc I waited until the last minute to get my dry cleaning taken care of so I am here because they had same day service. I was super thankful that I got my suits in and out same day. When I picked up my suits they were hung and stuff with tissue to prevent creasing or wrinkles. The way it should be done. Clothes came back clean and didn't smell if the heavy solution that you experience some places. Happy customer. read more

WOW!!! $10.00 to dry clean a man's button down cotton shirt? We have used this Drycleaners for years but their prices are way out of line with other Drycleaners in our Willow Bend neighborhood. You just lost a 20 plus year customer. read more

I've been going to Stanley for over 13 years and have never had issues. They have raised their prices a lot in the past 3 years - like 3x. I get an increase since COVID, but they're much higher than other places. I will be going elsewhere to save money. read more

I saw a lot of very old negative reviews so I wanted to weigh in. Got my dry cleaning November 2021, had a good experience. They texted me when it was done which was great. My coat and sweater were ready same day that I dropped them off. Service might be a little pricey ($19 for large coat and a sweater) but I have no complaints and would go again. read more

According to the StanLey Cleaners manager (Lee Griggs) on Frankford in Dallas, when mistakes are made by his stores it's NEVER their fault... always the customers. I've known this manager over 40 years and he's never said or admitted it's the cleaners mistake. Dry cleaners are notorious for never admitting their mistakes. But in over 40 years this guy has never made mistakes on anyone's clothing. Obviously it affects his year end bonus. Customers Beware!! read more

Absolutely and utterly a RIP off and very rude. I had a few pieces to be dry cleaned and was charged around $30! I could not believe it. When I asked why it's so expensive the person replied "that's how much we charge." My old dry cleaner would have charge me less than $15 for this. Outrageous and unacceptable. read more

This place is ridiculously expensive and I've not been receiving the service I'd expect. On top of that the employee at the desk that I've seen over the last few months has been extremely rude and dismissive of any questions I've asked. They've also ruined a shirt and blamed me, and they've lost a shirt of mine and tried to replace it with someone else's!!! read more

I should have read the other two reviews before going! I decided to give this place a try but quickly decided this is our first and last visit. It is ridiculously expensive. What would typically cost about forty dollars ended up being about seventy and this is (supposedly) with a 30% discount. Not only are they extremely overpriced the employees are not really nice. I interacted with a diff person then my husband and we both felt they did not really provide good customer service... Especially at that price! I get paying for good service but they were not friendly at all. They responded to my questions with short and condescending responses. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I liked the people here behind the counter, it's a convenient location so I decided to use their services for my business shirts. At first, all good. Then they installed a "new system" that was supposed to send me text messages when shirts were ready. Not only did it drop the volume discount without telling me, I also never got a text. I let them know but nothing changed and finally one of the staff re-entered my discount. Then, I got a shirt back with a hole in it. An expensive shirt. They said they would review with "the owner". Who is this mysterious all powerful person? Message comes back that the shirt was old and the wear and tear was cause. Well, ok, no. But stuff happens. Then a few months later yet another barely used Nieman Marcus shirt comes back with a hole. I brought it back in. Same script. Clearly, this "owner" has no idea about customer service, looks at each shirt as a transaction and not as part of a relationship with a client and is not taking responsibility for service defects. Not going back. They lost much more business profit than the cost of a shirt. They have lost my family's business and I certainly share my experiences with my flawed neighborhood dry cleaner. read more

Simple... you pay extra for better service but at this location you pay extra to get extra headache. They ruined my brand new shirt that I wore only one time, $300.00 shirt, and tried to tell me that it's my fault. Simply they failed to follow the instructions on the Tag. I understand these things happen but when you fail to do your job right, you simply accept responsibility. For the price they charge not worth it. read more

They did an average job cleaning but insist on putting long blue stickers with your name on shirts (so it IS visible when you wear it out) (!!). When I asked not to put any stickers on my shirts, the lady got defensive and said that's the only way for them to identify me and that they are going to put stickers anyway. Then she added that I could remove them at home using the iron. Seriously? Who is servicing who here? I am not giving you clothes for you to easily identify them. YOU are servicing me. I dont want to come back home only to do ironing TO FIX YOUR JOB. This is my clothes and I did not authorize anyone to put anything on my garments. Moreover, if you still did, and I asked you to remove it, you better apologize and remove it and never put it again. She did neither. I am not coming back. And I probably spent a $1,000 with them. read more
