We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. With the Thanksgiving holiday and rain coming he had over a dozen workers on the roof and knocked the job out. The most important point is Donald the owner. He is a roofer and not a salesman. My home is old and had 45 year old skylights that were an odd size. The replacement required a skilled contractor and Donald the owner was on the roof directing the replacement. PERFECT. During the project a few issues that were not anticipated cropped up. They were ALL corrected and no change in price. It does not get any better then the work they did on my home.

Due to a busy season it took AHC quite a while to fit us in, but once they did, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and for free as an apology for the delay. Naturally, having the reseal done meant we had a multi-month drought after, but at this point we've finally had enough rain I can say the reseal worked as desired. Expensive but quality workmanship and materials but, and this is a big but:…read more*Had to argue with them to do the garage roof (which, like the house was brown and we were getting a gray roof), though their estimate was way above other estimates that included the garage and the contact states "all roofs". They grudgingly acquiesced. *There was a foothole through the ceiling in a side porch which no one mentioned to me. *They hosed nails and other debris down the downspouts, clogging them and causing water to cascade into my kitchen and take a wall down in the dining room. *Charged us for an attic fan though we had a finished attic and was told it would not work. No offer of refund for that. *Had to be reminded to replace a bathroom skylight window that was included of the contract. *Made no attempt to respond or apologize or pay for repairs caused by the foothole and clogged downspout, which included debris removal, re-plastering and repainting.
