We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. I called Stanley & Orke because I saw one of their commercials on TV. They promptly answered the phone and took all my information. They told me someone would call me back within a day which was fine because I told them this was not an emergency. They called me the next morning and said they could come over to my house right away. I met with one of their repair men who looked in my attic where my leaks were. He went up on my roof and fixed the issues immediately. While this was just repaired I am assuming he did fix the issue as he seemed very confident it his explanation of what he did. They didn't supply enough material and the workers had to sift through the dumpster to find enough shingles to finish the job. I had to have them come back to repair some of the items I didn't like and they still couldn't do it so I figured at that point they were incapable. A year later I am still picking shingle pieces off the ground. Yesterday we had a big storm with heavy wind and rain and I had a leak in my new roof in the area they patched together with shingles from the dumpster. I contacted them and the response I got was we will put you in contact with one of our estimators. I don't need you to estimate a repair. I need you to honor a warranty and fix what you already did. Also, the downspouts they put up from a upper roof to a lower roof are ineffective. The water goes over the gutter rather than in it.

With the Thanksgiving holiday and rain coming he had over a dozen workers on the roof and knocked the job out. The most important point is Donald the owner. He is a roofer and not a salesman. My home is old and had 45 year old skylights that were an odd size. The replacement required a skilled contractor and Donald the owner was on the roof directing the replacement. PERFECT. During the project a few issues that were not anticipated cropped up. They were ALL corrected and no change in price. It does not get any better then the work they did on my home.

Due to a busy season it took AHC quite a while to fit us in, but once they did, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and for free as an apology for the delay. Naturally, having the reseal done meant we had a multi-month drought after, but at this point we've finally had enough rain I can say the reseal worked as desired.
