I continued shopping, but eventually had to step out briefly to use the restroom at Ralph's. When I returned, all of my items had been removed, and I had to start my shopping over from scratch. This added a lot of unnecessary time and frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Clear communication and better customer consideration would have made a big difference. I wouldn't recommend this location. They could have admitted "Yes, i apologize.." would have been more polite. Not only that I peed myself a little since I have stomach problems.

She finally came and then said oh go ahead and put your date of birth in, and she walks away. No one else is around. No apology, did not check my ID, no other acknowledgments.. I stopped coming to the pharmacy a long time ago, but the store is slow and unfriendly many times. There was a younger gentleman who used to work here. He was great. The lack of good workers here also is reflected with literally everything being locked up in the facial care section. You can't even re-labels anymore because you have to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come and open the door.
